I just popped in here on the way to lunch, I needed a few kitchen items. What a place! They have so many awesome kitchen tools, some of the pricing is unreal as they have up 70% mark downs on some lines. The sales woman was soo nice, sweet and helpful. I will definitely be back, I can't wait to find some neat little additions.

Herzog carries a lot of beautiful stuff. Here are Swarovski crystal jewellery and figurines, Waterford crystal vases and glasses, dishes from Denby and Wedgewood, silver picture frames by Vera Wang, and all the various china brands that start with "Royal." Spode! I adore those classic blue dishes.
The selection is amazing, even if the merchandising and store layout is kind of underwhelming. It's a dark, longish space lined with display cabinets full of expensive stuff - unfortunately, though, the effect is cheap.
On the plus side though, they do often offer discounts on the regular prices of things, and of course, they do bridal registries and special orders. I guess even if it's not the most beautiful store to shop in, you'll enjoy their pretty things for years and years to come. That's what's important. -

We bumped into their Park Royal store while looking for water glasses. Based on our search they have the best selection in Vancouver and the prices seem reasonable. Staff are very helpful and they didn't mind us taking home a wide selection to try with our dishes. The Park Royal store is bright and quite large. It was crowded with merchandize in early December. I would recommend taking a look if you are in the market for glasses, dishes, etc.
