Once you actually find the Hertz (follow the signs very closely and take the elevator), this is the best Hertz that I have ever been to. The customer service is amazing, particularly if you compare it to traditional Hertz locations. They are quick and prepared.
When I picked up, a very lovely and efficient woman gave me my car. When I dropped off, a sweet man went out of his way to get me a "trolley" for my luggage and talked to me about where I was heading off to (Hong Kong) and tattoos. Really fantastic. Why I'm a fan of Hertz Canada
1) located in the parking lot literally outside of YVR (Vancouver International Airport)
2) short lines
3) friendly staff
4) additional drivers are free if you have AAA
Only area of improvement would be to actually give Gold Club members the upgrade, especially when there are many cars left on their lot.

Easy to get into to drop off a vehicle - at least at 4:45 am in the morning! When you arrive this early - there are no check in attendants. You place your contract and keys into a lock box and then make your way into the Terminal.
