Hero Certified Burgers - Spadina & Lonsdale

The staff were great, but the food was unfortunately very disappointing. Not only were our burgers pretty gross, the buns were hard and the onion rings were very few in quantity (6 in our box).

Now, we did do takeout and ate the food ~10 minutes after leaving, so maybe it's a better meal if eaten right away. But overall, I was not very impressed and would not go back.

Ignored by two staff members for more than 5 mins as they watched videos on their phones. The one in the back ducked down when she saw me rather than alert her coworker to a customer. Left without ordering and will never be back.

Ordered through Order It, I had onion rings and Wild Alaskan Salmon Fillet with multigrain flatbread, added on peameal bacon, fried egg, and portobello mushrooms. I noted to have the sauce on the side and toasted flatbread to avoid sogginess when the food arrived. However, the sandwich came soaked in the sauce and the flatbread was not toasted. What a mess! The sandwich was also missing tomato that I ordered. The onion rings were too chunky for my taste. Do not recommend delivery service.

Meh, nothing special for how expensive it is. The beef is decent and I would even consider going to MCDONALDS over HERO burgers. It's quite expensive so I'd rather go to a good burger joint for the same price!

Great place to get a burger at any time of the day. It's open 24 hours. Staff is very friendly. The place has a good atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place for downtown lovers.

Expensive burgers but amazing. I guess you get what you pay for. Open 24 hours. Nice ambience, the staff its a bit slow but it's worth waiting.

We usually have a great experience at Hero burger, but this location is awful. They never seem to have milkshakes or poutine. The last time my husband went there, all of the staff were sitting on the floor in the kitchen and didn't notice him. They then got into an argument with him that they had poutine, but didn't have gravy. How can you say you have poutine without gravy.

Burgers are quite good, 4 stars
Staff is kind
Service is usually slow, but they make all the mood fresh to order.
And a little pricy, but not outrageous.
