Nice place to eat, been here a few times. It's definitely not fast food, takes about 5-10 minutes to get your food. Polite service, good food, a bit pricey though.

Hmm. One of the newer locations in the west-west end and still has a few bugs to iron out.
It was just starting to get busy, but 3 people in the cash area, 3 in the back, one floater and the manager with the Hero puffy jacket. More than enough employees, it just happens to be a slow process.
These burgs may be 100% Angus beef, but they come off as ordinary pre-fab meat disks. Fries are mediocre. Onion rings lack...salt?
A good selection of toppings, but they didn't seem to have some of their premium toppings available for sale yet.
The chocolate shake ordered by my broad was quite good on the upside. $25 for two burgs, one order fries, one order onion ring, a shake and a soft drink.
3 stars for now. Hopefully they grow and learn. -

Excellent Place..Yummy Burgers...the customer service is really amazing and the place is very Cool..the whole get up...To top it they have excellent choice of condiments and shakes..The burgers are rare medium cooked and are very juicy and tender...Great products...
I also remember the old Roxy which was at the same location they too started off just like these guys but then over the years their quality went down and ultimately they disappeared, I just pray History doesn't repeat as I luv this place and the Burgers are excellent....The current management team seems like very professional ...Good job guys Keep it up...
