Fantastic service, I've been in this location since first visiting it in 2000. Every year there are great new updates and very helpful staff.
Highly recommend to anyone who is staying in Charlottetown for pleasure or business! -

This might be the biggest B&B I have ever stayed at. I think there are at least 20 rooms so its pretty large and that causes it to loose the imitate appeal which most B&B have.
I loved the fact that it is walking distance from downtown, the water front and the shopping area. So extra star for convenient location! The rate was also $125 for the small room during peak time which was good.
The house itself is very well decorated and kept. The room was very comfortable, really clean and had everything thing we needed in it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The info book in the room was full of useful stuff including maps and suggestions of places to dine and shop.
The breakfast consisted of freshly made blueberry pancakes and fresh fruit. There was plenty of coffee, tea and juices to choose from. They also had a great spread of baked goodies including cinnamon rolls, croissants, muffins and more. Everything was very fresh and tasty. I didn't like that they did not serve the traditional egg breakfast which I really enjoy at B&B's but I guess that's what happens since its such a big place.
Bottom line= Great location, clean & comfy rooms with a very friendly staff. Nice B&B to stay at while in the Charlottetown, PEI.Listed in: O'Canada

Established in 1980
This building used to be a four room establishment with 2 shared bathrooms, as well as a small apartment on the top floor. After purchasing this business from the Braemer family in 1997, the van der Gaag family renovated and expanded. The site now features 21 rooms, located on three floors.
