i really enjoy this location. this place has the essentials for someone who chooses to eat a healther lifestyle. lots of organic produce. great selection of tea. stocks local eggs and diary.
anyone who can't run down to the french baker, this herb and spice supplies their crossaints and loafs of bread! oh, and rideau bakery too! -

The location on Bank Street is much better-stocked.
This one has a fair amount of produce, and that's most of the store. Service isn't that great. Typically lines are long and I've never been greeted as I walked in the store or asked if I need help with anything. The cashiers aren't overly friendly. -

A good selection of fruits and vegetables, but spotty on the service side - some really nice people, but then others who are well, let's say, more focussed on other things ....
