Hello Lucky is amazing. I was first exposed to them via some of the wedding/design blogs I read. They have a "Lucky Friday" giveaway every week, where you comment on their blog for a chance to win an awesome letter press card. The first time I entered, I was a lucky winner! Lucky me :). After that, I was hooked.
They make letter press cute and modern. They use bright eye-catching colors, quirky designs, and just the cheekiest ideas. I've ordered 2 box sets from them - the "Year of Cheer" and "Year of Love" packs and have sent out cards to loved ones, friends, and family. I am now armed and ready for V-Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, graduations, weddings, babies, and whatnot!! BRING IT ON! Everyone just loves it, particularly me. It's a sweet and sentimental way to keep in touch with everyone and tell them you're thinking of them. Snail mail is not dead! :)
I also have to add that that they have awesome customer service. I emailed them asking for a promo code because it was my first time order and shipping/handling can end up costing an arm and a leg. They replied quickly and gave me a promo code! I ended up using an even better Leap Year discount though ;). But still! Major points in my book to promo codes and fast customer service. If you live in the Bay Area you can head to SF to pick up your order for free ;).Listed in: Nuptial Bliss

I can't say enough nice things about HelloLucky and their helpful staff! I first was introduced to HelloLucky through GiltCity and purchased a voucher for flat print wedding stationary. I ended up using the voucher for an adorable invitation that I customized into a bachelorette invitation. I love that I can change the wording and use their cute designs for any type of invite, not just wedding related. I had a little trouble using the site so I contacted HelloLucky customer support. They were very responsive and incredibly helpful. Sabrina from their team helped me every step of the way and I ended up with the most ADORABLE invitation that I am simply thrilled about. My sincerest appreciation to HelloLucky for creating an easy to use, do it yourself awesome sationary site! I cannot wait to use your site again.

We chose Hello Lucky to do our wedding invitations based on the great reviews they received here on Yelp. It turned out to be pretty much the easiest part of the entire wedding process!
We had some ideas about design elements that we wanted to incorporate and came to them with some big ideas about what we wanted. They worked with us to try out our ideas, mocking them up and doing multiple iterations of the design with us. Ultimately our ideas by themselves just weren't going to cut it. This is where the expertise of the Hello Lucky staff really came through. They offered a lot of great design suggestions which incorporated the elements we wanted but made them actually look very stylish and professional. The invitations fit our look perfectly: classy and minimal.
The entire process with Hello Lucky was great -- a very professional crew. They were always quick to respond via email or a phone call. We were never the ones waiting for them, it was always them waiting for us. The owners care deeply about their customers, and we will definitely be back for our next round of expertly-designed invitations. -

It's amazing how sometimes the aesthetics of a place and product reflect their service: smart.
I made an appointment to talk to a rep named Stewey. He was so helpful I thought he read my mind. He walked me through the steps of how the cards are made and gave his very tasteful two cents about style. It was a very fun and educational experience.
After about an hour of sitting and sifting through their previous wedding designs I mixed and matched to pick the perfect one for our wedding. They are also open to doing custom work--- which is $$pricey$$ but imagine having your own personal designer slaving away for hours just for you.
Letterpress ain't cheap people, it's very, very, very, expensive. But if you're committed to it and live in the Bay Area, there's only one place to go---- Hello Lucky!Listed in: Getting Married! Bi-Coastal…

I love Hello Lucky! I somehow stumbled upon them when I was planning my wedding, and my husband and I ordered our save the dates from them. They were perfect, personalized, and everyone who received one loved them. They were the perfect touch for our destination wedding -- at the time we lived in Houston, but the wedding was on the beach in San Francisco. They even had the coordinating design online for our http://mywedding.com page. I was fully satisfied with the prints as well as the proofs, and am so happy we went with Hello Lucky.
Since then, I have ordered several letterpress birthday cards and baby shower cards, etc. online, and people always seem to love them. They are so unique and have such great details. I just love them.
The Verdict: Too cute stuff! -

People always say that invitations set the mood for your wedding before anyone even steps foot in your ceremony/reception. It's so incredibly true. We ordered our wedding invitation suite from Hello Lucky. Drawn to their adorable SF skyline modern invites, we used this as the platform for our urban wedding.
Their website is super easy to use and allows you edit your invitation & see changes as you make them. The email communication was a bit challenging with directing revisions but we finally got beautiful invites, direction cards, RSVP cards and thank yous.
Only negative is that they're a little on the expensive side. Even with a discount code from an affiliate we still spent $8.6/invite suite for digital printing (I can't image cost of letterpress!). Turnaround time was super fast once we final approved the .pdfs - about 1 week!
Very pretty designs & I love that there's an option to do all of them in digital or letterpress depending on your budget. -

After being discouraged by the offerings of chain stationery companies but being overwhelmed with the prices of custom shops I was so relieved to find HelloLucky. In addition to being more reasonably priced, I have to admit, it was kind of nice NOT doing a custom design for our wedding stationery: they have such a great range of complete collections (coordinating invites, places cards, thank you notes etc), which made my job easier and more fun.
Although you have to place your order online I would definitely recommend making an appointment to meet with someone at the store on Howard. It was really nice to be able to see what the colors look like in print vs. over a computer screen and to reassure myself that the digital print was good enough that I didn't have to spend all the extra money on letterpress! I worked with Stewey, who was wonderful, as was everyone else I interacted with. In fact my experience was so great that it made me wish I was the kind of person who sends thank-you notes after every dinner and corresponds "by post" just so I could order personalized stationery. Maybe someday...
Be sure to check online for discount codes before you order, I was able to get 10% off. If you are local, you also have the option of picking things up at the store instead of having them shipped which shaves a little more off the price. Happy inviting! -

I adore their style and aesthetic. When I saw the "Welcome to San Francisco" wedding invitations, I planned my entire wedding around the aqua and red color palette with a nod to vintage SF.
Working with them was so easy due to their online system. I loved that you could see previews, and get the letterpress option if you chose, but that they still had the digital version if the letterpress was too rich for your budget (it was for mine).
They aren't cheap, but for me, printed materials and design were one of the things I really wanted to make a statement with at our wedding. I think as soon as someone gets a Save-the-Date card in the mail, it should set the tone. With Hello Lucky, it totally did! Friends of ours who couldn't attend the wedding said they saved the invite because they just loved displaying it at their home in England.
The only trouble I had was that they printed the place cards in the wrong size, but they were totally super nice about it and redid them at no cost and actually gave me the incorrect set just in case. I love all the little touches you can add, such as the wrapper for the address around the envelope.
We even purchased the graphics from the designer so that my sister (who is also a graphic designer) could use a similar look and feel to create a "family tree' of guests at the wedding. People went crazy for that, and it was nice that they were able to help us in that way too. -

I have never been to Hello!Lucky's store or even to San Francisco, but I can tell you that I adore this company! The products are adorable and I have ordered the Visit Chicago wedding invitations for my upcoming wedding and could not be happier with the quality of the products, the fair pricing, and the fantastic customer service. It's so refreshing to call a company and not only speak to a real person, but one that is knowledgeable about the products and really willing to help and to give an opinion when asked for one. Kristine was a lifesaver both times I have called to speak with her!
I have also received a ton of compliments on how cute and unique the save the date cards were-- I can't wait to send out the invitations! -

I ordered my wedding paper suite (save-the-dates, invitations, RSVP cards, thank you notes, envelopes, and place cards) from Hello!Lucky, and I highly recommend them!
My husband and I are both visual artists, so any printed materials and/or design elements related to our wedding were priorities for us in terms of planning. Hello!Lucky delivered. Their consultants and designers were very helpful and courteous over the phone and via email, which was crucial for me as I was planning long-distance. Our proof was perfect the first time, and the final products are personal and unique, and of very high quality in terms of design, paper, and ink. Thanks, Hello!Lucky. -

I live in New York City and was very frustrated by my wedding invitation options, which ranged from Kate's Paperie, which sat me down at a table and drowned me in binders, to generic online sites like Wedding Paper Divas....until I said hello to Hello Lucky.
Even though I was across the country and never walked into the store, I got such personal service from Lia Lafreniere, who was a great partner through the design process. She helped me create beautiful New York themed invitation that were elegant, classic and modern, with the perfect sprinkle of whimsy.
Nearly every person who RSVPd to our wedding commented on how awesome our wedding invitations were, so it was a no brainer to have Hello Lucky also design our wedding programs, menus and place cards, which were all beautiful!!!
I have to admit that when I started the process, I thought wedding invitations were something that people tossed in a pile on the entry table, but Hello Lucky really helped me realize that wedding invitations can be more -- they helped me define and set the tone for our wedding. Thank you Lia & everyone at Hello Lucky!!! -

I recommend coming into the shop to take a look at their designs and colors in person. Although their website is very informative and shows all their designs in detail you really get a sense of how local, creative and personable Hello Lucky is with their clients. I, personally make a better decision this way. I'm not really good at online shopping.
Which leads me to Kristine, Design Consultant Extraodanaire! She's wonderful and stuck with me through all my questions. Yes, they print amazing address labels. Yes, the can line the inside of the envelope to add some flare. She even gave me several samples to take home to the future hubby so he can tell me which are his favorites and great money saving suggestions for the budget.
I love this studio. Printing press and loads of paper on the first floor and design studio and common room up the stairs for brousing.
I'll be ordering our invites and announcements from Hello Lucky! -

Kristine at Hello Lucky made this process so easy for me! I'm having a country themed wedding and was trying to keep the costs low. I searched around and even contracted some friends to do mock up work and it ended up being more expensive than I thought.
Hello Lucky is affordable and personable. They were able to fit the theme I envisioned and called to make sure everything was to my liking.
I would highly recommend them for any custom invitation work. -

Let me caveat my 4 star review with the following: I was 100% happy with our gorgeous wedding invitations. It was the grueling process of getting them to the final state, that makes me say 4 vs 5.
I had to return my wedding invitations, not once, but TWICE until I got what I initially ordered. Apparently, there were some "issues" with a particular printer, which resulted in major blunders . The first time I got them, there were random ink marks on quite of a few of the envelopes. After agreeing to reprint the envelopes a second time, I came to find that they had misaligned the recipients' addresses on the main envelopes. Oops!?!
Fortunately, Hello Lucky clearly understands the value of good customer service, so they apologized endlessly before reprinting the envelopes one last time, and provided me with a hefty discount for all of the mess that was caused. What a save!!!
I have used Hello Lucky since then for our holiday cards, and will continue to refer them for all kinds of stationary needs. They are awesome, and their designs are one of a kind! -

Anyone who knows me, knows that I love to pass on a good recommendation to friends. I have a friend who is getting married, and at the first mention of her asking me about my wedding stationary I immediately said don't go to Hello Lucky. Unless you are willing to follow up after every email with a phone call to see if they have received your email and to see if they have read it.
Here are some other tips if you really need Hello Lucky do your printing:
1) Make sure to check each and every printed piece. It doesn't matter that the proof you signed off on was correct- somehow that's not the file used for final print and the proof is not compared or referred to when the final prints are completed.
2) After you have emailed a clear list of changes for a round of design, and after calling your design rep to have him repeat over the phone with you, your list of changes. Don't expect for them to be incorporated.
3) Try not to complicate the matter with changing your mind on which credit card to use before billing, odds are the card you wanted to get charged won't be.
4) After each and every call- ask about the next steps and when (next proof, final deliverables, etc) This information will not be offered up unless you ask.
With that we ended up happy, but it was definitely a long and frustrating process. So be forewarned you have a lot of hand holding and you must follow up to make sure you get everything correct. -

My invitations turned out absolutely perfect and the process was wonderful. After describing my taste to my consultant Stewey and showing him some pages torn out of a magazine, he pulled together an almost-perfect proof on the first try.
We sent them out last week and have gotten so many compliments from friends who tell me, "I don't usually notice or care about invitations, but yours are amazing!" and that the invitations made them even more jazzed for the wedding.
Thank you Stewey and thank you Hello Lucky! I feel very *lucky* to have had your help. -

My fiancee and I ordered our wedding invitations through Hello Lucky. Though there was a small hiccup in getting our invites, we were extremely impressed with Hello Lucky - especially the customer service.
Being on the east coast and all, we didn't have the opportunity to enter the physical store; we ordered via their website. Unfortunately when the invitations were shipped to us, some of the lettering was so light you could barely read certain words on the invite.
We worked with Vijay in the San Fran office. I personally talked with him on the phone to try to resolve the issue; and the fiancee emailed him a few times. He was very polite, responded quickly, and most importantly: he helped us get the invitations fixed.
They offered to resend the invites (over 300) in a slightly darker color with expedited shipping. For free. We were very happy. In fact, we asked for a small change on the invites as well to ensure the color would be dark enough. It was no problem for them. No extra charge, just some sincere (totally unneeded, but appreciated) apologies and new invites.
The new invitations arrived a couple days ago and they look perfect. -

We hired Hello Lucky to design our wedding invitations... where to begin.
I can't complain about their printing quality because we never got that far. We wanted to create custom invitations that would reflect the mood and feeling of our wedding - in our initial visit, the associate gave us a bunch of clip art books to look through for inspiration, then left to go do other things. Since she wasn't the designer, we figured we'd start with a general idea then pare it down at a later stage. This might be a good place to have printing done or you want to use their stock design, but we didn't get any help or inspiration at this point. (As a point of comparison, when we sat down to have our cake designed, we communicated our ideas and the cake designer came up with a sketch a couple days later that was exactly what we wanted.)
Eventually we came up with a rough idea kludging together some clip art and our own fuzzy ideas that we gave to Hello Lucky to have designed. It took about 3 weeks to get an initial sketch back from the designer - this was after multiple emails with no response, and finally we called our associate to see what was going on. She said she "forgot to put in the order" and we'd have a sample in two days.
When we did get the sample, it was nothing like what was discussed. For example, the main invitation was supposed to have green flowers in the background, and the whole background was pink. What's more, there was no design elements added or edited from our initial specs. We really felt like we were tasked with doing every element of the design, and had to list out every change we wanted, with no input or expertise from Hello Lucky - we could have done the same at VistaPrint.
At this point, we were getting concerned about how long this was going to take. Our associate said "don't worry, if you need to you can have it rushed for a 20% fee". Umm, excuse me? Wasn't our design sitting on your desk for three weeks while you ignored our emails?
At this point we were very unhappy but didn't want to switch printers so late in the game. We were assured we'd get updated proofs "Thursday or Friday". When that deadline was missed with no explanation, it was the last straw for us. We notified Hello Lucky we'd be going elsewhere for our invites, and explained the reasons why.
What was their response to that? Nothing at all - just what we'd come to expect from Hello Lucky. -

I cannot express how much I love Hello Lucky.
We sent out our wedding invitations two weeks ago. I have been bombarded with emails form our guests telling me that they are the most gorgeous invitations they have ever seen. I am so thrilled!!
Jessica Moe has been a pleasure to work with. She sat down with me to learn everything she could about our wedding. In response to our art deco theme, she provided us with customized artwork that we just loved.
Hello Lucky is a small shop of 14 people. Everyone on the team is involved with design and production. They can get busy at times (with letterpress, you can only print one color at a time) so don't treat them like Kinko's. These are highly creative people who love inspiring others.
Thank you Hello Lucky!

When it came to ordering our Save-the-Dates, wedding invitations, and thank you cards, Hello Lucky was the only place we seriously considered. Several things attracted us to them:
- Fun designs
- Reasonable prices
- Local business
- Great customer service (Thanks for everything, Lia!)
Their website is great. You can mock-up exactly what you want. The ordering process is simply. But both my wife and I thought it'd be great to meet them in person. Since Hello Lucky is a San Francisco company, we went to their offices in SOMA and met with Lia. Not only did we get to see many many sample invitations, she was extremely receptive to our ideas of customizing one of their standard designs.
Everything turned out fantastic. The bank wasn't broken. And, we really were happy to have supported a locally owned business.
So if you're looking for special printing needs, the people at Hello Lucky will serve you well. -

I'll have to join the chorus of praise for Hello Lucky: they do wonderful work. When we first started our search for wedding invitations, we went to a couple of stationery stores where we slogged through giant, heavy binders of classy, tasteful, yet kind of boring invitations. We wanted something that was playful, original, and not so precious.
We found that and more at Hello Lucky. While the design we chose (the "San Francisco" wedding invitation) wasn't unique to us, it was exactly how we wanted to represent ourselves and our wedding to friends and family near and far (right down to the adorable sea lion toting a letter to a mailbox on the RSVP card - loved it!). We also ordered save the dates, and matching thank you cards. I loved all the pieces we chose! We got our order so quickly, too.
Their website is fairly user-friendly and you can order everything that way, but if you're local I would suggest making an appointment at their shop. That way, you have someone nearby to answer your questions if you want to customize things a bit. It's also fun to peruse examples of their work and get ideas that way.
I totally recommend Hello Lucky for all your stationary needs. -

My marital property and I used Hello Lucky for our wedding invitations - the French Deco design.
While HL was quite a splurge for us, the invitations were gorgeous and of extremely high quality. Customer service was also excellent. I felt that the employees at HL understood that we wanted to keep costs down (and didn't guilt trip us about that at all) and were helpful in assisting us with estimates of the number of invitations we needed. The staff also turned around our proofs and the actual invites very quickly.
I went back to the actual store/press around Christmas time and picked up adorable holiday cards on sale.Listed in: My Nuptials in a Nutshell

One afternoon while sitting at a friend's house worrying over where I should order my save the dates and wedding invitations, I made the decision to call Hello Lucky. Lia spent at least 30 minutes on the phone with me discussing different aspects of my wedding, and then encouraged me to send an email with pictures that I liked. I sent a very strange assortment of images from a laptop in DC, and somehow ended up with the most beautiful save the date and invitation ideas that completely embodied the vision that I had for my wedding.
Beautiful letterpress - patient, creative, and helpful staff. I'm beyond excited to continue ordering the rest of my invitation suite and thank you cards! -

I'm in a slightly different situation as everyone else here, where my custom job with Hello! Lucky was self-designed.
I am a graphic designer who is pretty well versed in letterpress and had originally intended on printing them myself with my own press. Well, a few extended work-related travel trips and a lot of other general time-consuming obligations later, that plan was abandoned.
I had loved their pressmanship prior to my search for a printer for this job, having given several of their cards and had admired them in several boutique stores around New York and Minneapolis. I contacted them about the job a few weeks ago, and the two women I've worked with, Shauna, a designer, and Alex, a custom rep, were so incredibly patient with my numerous questions about quotes, customer supplied artwork, and various technical questions and were very thorough in their responses. Alex was fantastic at helping me keep closer to my ideal budget - when I mentioned I was starting to get close to the top of the range I wanted to spend in, she was quick to offer a few alternatives to lower the price.
Bottom line, if you're a designer looking to get something printed, do it here. Great customer service, and craftsmanship to boot. -

I am absolutely thrilled with HelloLucky! I used them for my Save-the-Date cards, wedding invitations and thank you cards. Sabrina was beyond helpful - She truly knows the meaning of providing excellent customer service. The communication was outstanding and the work was beautiful. I almost started to cry when I saw the end result (probably the crazy bride in me coming out). I highly highly recommend using them for any of your printing needs.... Plus, it's nice to support a local small business.
Another note: 2 good friends also used HelloLucky for their wedding invitations. All of us had very different wedding styles - and, all of the invitations were amazing! My point - in addition to being communicative, friendly, local and creative - they LISTEN to what you want and tailor their designs to fit your unique vision. What a concept! -

I walk by Hello Lucky every day on my way home and I finally went inside.. How adorable is it?! It's like a twee little dream factory. Love it.
Since I'm not engaged or planning any cute parties, I picked up a cute little card and some buttons to give to my friends. They loved them! I'm looking forward to having all my future invitations made here.

I think I learned of Hello Lucky in one of the gazillion wedding magazines I purchased after getting engaged. Their website is super easy to navigate, and their large selection of wedding invites can't be beat. If you're looking for a classy, modern invite at an affordable price, Hello Lucky is the way to go.
Since the shop is in CA and I live in NJ, I designed my invites online and communicated with a store rep via email. In a day or two I was sent a pdf proof to review, and a few days letter I was provided with the final proof incorporating my edits. The digital invites are extremely affordable. I was pleasantly surprised at how good they looked when I received them (took only about 14 days). You'll have to spend more and allow additional time for letterpress. Hello Lucky will customize any additional items you might need (placecards, etc.), so really it's one-stop shopping.
They sell cute personalized stationary and greeting cards, too. -

Ok. I love Hello Lucky cards. I mean *love* them. They are super ultra cute.
Now the thing is, I have to say that I know the owner, but I met her *after* I had bought a dozen of her cards while in Hawaii and even though she is pretty awesome herself, the products speak for themselves. In fact, I have several waiting to go out sitting in my armoire right now. -

We used Hello Lucky for our wedding invitations and I'm 100% happy with them.
When looking through the millions of invitations on-line I decided I wanted an invite like I've never seen before, that was affordable, elegant and fun; unwilling to sacrifice quality. Hello Lucky offered me the perfect invitation. I was so relieved when I saw the final product. The invitation is a great quality card stock, the envelope is very nice and I love the liner we choose. I chose a modern design with color, elegance and individuality. I worked with Stewey and he was efficient and I love how he signed emails with "cheers"...always makes me chuckle.
All in all, I'm completely satisfied with the end product and I can't wait to mail our our wedding invitations! -

I had terrible sticker shock when I saw what my total order came to. The invitations & rsvp cards looked OK but not $500 nice. Their website was really a pain in the tookus to navigate. Customer service via email was good. The whole process took a lot longer than it should have for what seems to be billed as a 'boutique' experience.

I had already nearly settled on invitations elsewhere that were "nice", but I wasn't completely excited about them. I then encountered Kelly at the Hello Lucky! table at a wedding fair that I attended and simply LOVED the designs! My previous choice was out the window then and there. I took home a brochure, and once getting my now husband's opinion, made an appointment the very next week to meet with Kelly to design our invitations. She and the Hello Lucky! staff were so easy to work with and our when our invitations arrived, earlier than promised, they were absolutely gorgeous!!! The designs are fresh and modern and the letterpress adds a special touch of elegance.
We received so many compliments from our guests on our invitations, with more than one friend telling me it was "the most beautiful invitation they'd ever received." I would recommend Hello Lucky! to anyone and I can't wait to use them again for birth announcements someday in the future! -

New Orleans, LA
My fiance and I ordered our wedding invitations from Hello Lucky, and we couldn't be happier!
I found Hello Lucky after a disappointing search of all the local New Orleans printers, which ranged from extremely pricey and limited in selection to way too industrial in scale. I had something really specific in mind - I wanted a more modern look with elements reflecting our fall wedding, but nothing too over-the-top or stark. The invitations are exactly what we were looking for, and I found them right on the website! After ordering a sample, we knew we could expect excellent quality.
We worked with Stewey Freund on the details, and he was extremely responsive and helpful. The quality is amazing, and their customer service is impeccable. I highly recommend Hello Lucky, and will definitely be using them in the future for Christmas cards, announcements, etc. -

I first saw the work from Hello Lucky in a Martha Stewart magazine. A modern version of the cherry blossom in pink and brown. It was stunning and I had to have it. I checked out the website and found a local wedding event that they were going to be at. That is where I met Sabrina. Sabrina with the help of her sister Eunice helped me to turn their cherry blossom design into the focal point of my wedding. But don't just consider them for weddings, they have a fabulous collection of invitations, birthday cards, baby announcements, get wells, thank yous and everyday cards.

My fiancee and I chose Hello Lucky! for our wedding invitations after a pretty extensive and almost OCD-like search of possible choices. The bottom line is that we couldn't be happier with our results taking into account quality, appearance, price and customer service. The mailing was another story, however...
The beginning process was a snap, fairly easy to navigate web site, plus there was a 15% discount, so that helped. We're a bit budget-minded so we went for the digital vs letterpress and were quite happy. As their store is here in SF, I found it easier to just head in and talk to them. The bonus about that is they have boxes of specially-made designs (for previous customers) that aren't available on the website. That adds to the choices. Okay, so the whole ordering process was very smooth (Lillian was our assistant and was quite responsive). We picked up our invites after their free revisions and sat at home giddy to spend hours stuffing envelopes. (Use a glue stick people, it's a lifesaver.)
Fortunately all of our stuffings weighed 1 oz exactly (so we could use only one stamp per envelope). Lillian had weighed them for us beforehand. So we mailed them out and thought all was good in the world.
It was the next day that we were given a bad surprise when in our mailbox were 8 of our invitations returned to us. The cause was the return address printed on the back of our invitations were read by the post office as the "to" address and thus our invites were mailed to us. WTF?
After a long stress session at the post office, we had to hand write "To:" in large letters on the front of our previously beautiful invitations and mail them out again. They didn't care to try and explain the reasons beyond "it was misread" and suggested a hand-cancel next time (what, next time I send out wedding invitations?!?).
When speaking with Lillian at Hello Lucky! she said she'd never heard of that problem before and thus couldn't offer an explanation (but did offer to round up additional envelopes for us). Hmm.
So we're not sure who's really to blame, more likely our USPS, but there was enough drama to give Hello Lucky! only 4 stars. -

Hello Lucky has THE CUTEST cards, notes, and invitations I've ever seen. If you've ever wondered what a mouse who is deeply in love with an elephant would do if said elephant brought him flowers, just check out Hello Lucky's stationery.
