A business traveller's dream!
So you have to go to Victoria -- hate the institutionalized loss of control the airport is known for -- and don't want to waste time.
Oh, and you also want to fast rope out of a chopper like the Delta boys in Blackhawk Down.
Well, you can at lease get the former with Helijet, which will shuttle you between Victoria and Vancouver for $125 per direction (book early!).
This is a great service. You only need to arrive 30 minutes before takeoff right downtown (park car there if you'd like) and then wait in a comfortable lounge. No security, no lines...35 minutes in the air. Plus the view is great. When you land there is a shuttle to take you to your destination.

*** Air service between Vancouver and Victoria Island. ***
Safe, reliable, quick way to travel and avoid headaches.
Two pilots and up to ~ 16ppl per helicopter. It's hefty.
I really like the redundancy of having a second pilot!

Airwolf Away! ( they use similar helicopters to the show Airwolf minus the weaponry )Fastest way to Victoria with an incredible eagle's view. Helijet the only way to fly! Slip the pilot some cash and have him take you around Mt Washington, don't forget your digital SLR. LOL
