I'm a fan of eating a greasy piece of pizza or questionable burger from time-to-time, but for the most part I enjoy eating healthy.  So, it's nice to know that when you go out to eat you can actually have that option.

I think the name speaks for itself when it says healthy.  You can't expect to get greasy grub from a place called Healthy Habit.  I think the least healthy item on their menu is probably a croissant... but it's still delicious.  They offer soups, sandwiches, salads, wraps and other healthier choices.

The prices are pretty standard of a sandwich bar and I don't mind paying a bit extra for a healthier meal.  It's a nice alternative to the usual fast food places around the city.

Working in 1505, you dont have many options when you forget your lunch. I have had a variety of meals from here and they are all good, but I often feel gouged with the price. That being said, the food IS tasty and the service from the wife and young gal who work there is great. I could do without the same old jokes from the mister at the till though!

For breakfast, this is my go-to when I dont have one at home. I just had a delicious breakfast bagel and its so fresh and the egg looks like an egg.. so nice..

Healthy Habits is surely the friendliest take-out lunch downtown.

This husband-and-wife duo have a wide variety of fresh, healthy and creative sandwiches, many named after other tenants of the building (Aliant, X-Wave, etc.), a yummy rota of soups, and great-value home-cooked hot lunch specials every day of the week.

The baked goods have seen the freezer, so you may do better elsewhere, but they have good prices on fruit, hard boiled eggs, salads, and other healthy nibbles.

Unlike other venues in the Maritime Centre, they even stock organic, free-trade coffee.

Tasty soups and sammies to match! This is a fantastic food court addition with a health conscious heart. While the area isn't on my regular route, new city explorations are something I'm always up for. I would assume that the bulk of frequenters are working professionals popping down from the tower for a breaky. Expect the classic lunch rush!

A soup and sandwich are a pair made in heaven, and Healthy Habit's variation did nothing to discourage my beliefs. Fresh, hot (soup) and well put together, its a step up from your run of the mill quick stop. Friendly service was certainly an added bonus as well.

Not an everyday spot for me, but if I were to become employed in a nearby location, Healthy Habit would be a regular thang!

I stopped in for lunch today at the Healthy Habit in the Ball/Aliant tower. I went to sleep very late last night on account of the Season Premiere of Lost and did not feel the urge to prepare a lunch. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised and happy that I made the choice.

I ordered a soup and sandwich, both of which were served up promptly and with a smile. The sandwich was fresh and the soup was hot, both of which are crucial!

Not only was the food fresh and hot, but it was also great and worth the price. Taking a look at the menu it's safe to say there are a number of different options here that I would love to try. I will definitely be coming back here again.

The Healthy Habit is probably the best option in the 1505 food court and definitely worth a dip out of your way. Come down the escalators and check it out!

Because I work at different locations, this allowed me to pop into here to grab some lunch.

The soup and sandwich as everyone has agreed on, is great.
Fresh and hot , served with a smile.  If I am in the area again, I would
    stop back for another bite.

I am sure the people from the tower are happy to have this great spot to grab a bite.
