When my mother in law told me about how reflexology has helped her, I have to admit I was a bit sceptical, until she gave me an hour session for part of my birthday gift.
Kailee Haaksma is a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist, whose goal is to help restore physical, mental and emotional health in her clients. Her work from home set up is inviting and personable, yet professional and elegant. Her pricing is awesome! $40 for an hour and she also offers Reflexology parties for 3 or more people. If I lived in Victoria, I would definitely have one with my girls!
Having never experienced this, (what I can best describe as an in depth foot massage to the power of 10), I was in heaven! It felt so good!! It's amazing that I felt it throughout my entire body! It was literally like I was receiving a full body massage but she was only rubbing my feet. I'm not versed in the ways of how it works, but can only say that it does... it does something! Very good!
Kailee is very knowledgeable, gave explanation while going through the process and focused on my personal situations/issues. I left feeling so rejuvenated and relaxed. It was amazing! Thank you mom! I can't wait to go again next time I'm in Victoria.
