THE BEST place to go to consign your clothes and to buy your clothes. Seriously? This beats REmix downtown on Queen street for me.
The shoes (unfortunately) are a hit and miss with sizing, but the rest of the store is properly curated, the pieces are not in bad condition, ugly or crap, and you will walk out of here with something, guaranteed.
It is a lovely shop, the girls there are so sweet and absolutely a pleasure to talk to and I cannot imagine a better consignment shop than this one.
You also won't be coming across pieces that are too close to the retail price, even though it's used. It's pretty reasonable considering it's designer stuff.
Also, they're online! You can buy online too :) -

It's unfortunate the customer service and experience wasn't as impressive as the % they offer consigning clients.
Their website is flooded with sold out tags. "Oh,so you leave those items posted, I see" . Exactly what purpose does that serve the client?
I went in with a pair of True Religion Jeans that I explained had a crystal missing from the back pocket before I brought them in. I folded them with that pocket in plain sight however, the woman handling my consignment (Jina STORE MANAGER) failed to notice this when processing my contract.
After signing I browsed the shop for TWENTY MINUTES!!! while another employee and her took pictures of each other with new merchandise (so unprofessional) I get the impression they have no idea how to run a business.
Once I left she noticed her oversight and blames me for not telling her for what would have been the third time (sorry but isn't this your job as store manager). She told me I had to come pick them up asap as "they don't sell damaged merchandise"
Months later after asking her to remove me from her "linked In" invites several times I'm still getting them, she tells me to "block her on my end". Are you serious????
