Excellent staffing. They are always friendly and very knowledgable. I really feel like the vets and the staff go above and beyond.
When I first got my cat, she was only 5 weeks. She obviously needed some vet services (flea problem, and no shots). Each time I took her in to this place, the vet seemed to enjoy her company just as much as I do. He was careful to handle her and was quite knowledgeable.
I also took her here to be fixed, and she healed up perfectly. -

Having two vets semi-close to home is nice. What's not nice however, is needing to communicate four times to order a bag of kibble that this particular location doesn't keep on hand. I walked in a week ago to see if they had the medical intestinal high energy kibble that my October/11 adopted year old fluffy cat has been eating. After the counter gal trying to insist that the other medical product was the same, I asked if she could order a bag. She agreed but then insisted she couldn't tell me how much the 2 or 4kg bags would cost but that it would be there for pickup on Friday (3 days ago). Friday they called to confirm the arrival of kibble so when I called back I asked the cost. They still had no idea so I asked the girl to leave that info on my voicemail as I couldn't come by then but planned to on Sunday. Later that day there was a voicemail stating twenty-something for the 4kg bag. Sunday (today) I come by and try to pay for the food but apparently the counter gal STILL had no idea how much it cost, insisting I wait for the doctor. After 15 minutes I told the gal to keep the bag and call once they knew something about it. Argh!

Very friendly personable service. Feel quite confident in vets recommending what is best for the animals...without pushing too many expensive extras. Smal touches like knowing your pets' names and good flexibility on scheduling help as well.

Our veterinarians, Dr. Amardeep Bajwa and Dr. Jangi Bajwa, are committed to the provision of completely professional care for your pets. They both regularly attend continuing veterinary education to update their skills. We have dedicated, well trained, caring support staff.

We are a very young hospital with emphasis on continued basic pet health care. Our team believes in working continuously with you and your pet in providing the best preventive medicine such as routine vaccinations, deworming, dental & nutritional care etc. A few of the services we offer are: routine spay/neuter, medicine, radiology, surgery, dentistry, pharmacy, nutritional & behavioral counseling, pain management and boarding. We keep our appointment times longer than you would normally expect. This is so because we want to get to know our clients and patients better. Our Veterinarians will take the time to make your animal friends feel at home. They are, after all, members of your family - so we treat them like members of ours.
We also encourage our clients to come to the back of the hospital and see what goes on behind the scene. We encourage questions, comments and input from our clients when it comes to the treatment of their pets. We'd be honoured to provide care for your pet.
Meet the Business Owner: Dr Bajwa J.
He has been a small animal veterinarian for 9 years. He regularly attends continuing education seminars and stays up to date with the latest medicine and care for pets. He has a special interest in skin and allergyin dogs and cats. He is a skilled surgeon as well.
He runs the hospital with his brother, also a veterinarian and a very skilled and compassionate staff. Each client and pet is treated as family as the mantra of the staff is "healing is a team effort".
