Review from Philip B.
Los Angeles, CA
On my monthly vegas trip one of our friends bugged us the whole trip that we had to go to hash house and we finally decided to head over.
A quick drive from the strip and we arrive to a packed house (outdoors was crowded as well and this was late December)
After an amazing bloody mary at the bar we were seated maybe 15-20 minute wait not bad and all the people working were extremely nice and helpful.
I shared the chorizo hash with someone; this was due to the fact that we saw the portion sizes and i will say they are generous..
The food was beyond amazing, tasty, cooked just right and damn Im sorry I shared.
Someone else ordered the pancakes and I must say "there as big as your head spider" Goodfellas quote...and again taste really amazing..
Service is good and the food comes out pretty quickly, the coffee was great, the bloody marys were great..
I will definitely be back -

I was super psyched about coming here because I absolutely loved HHAGG in San Diego.
However, I was disappointed because of their dim lighting, their $2 charge sharing fee, their slow service, their thick and heavy pancakes, the dry chicken, and the subpar chicken salad sandwich. Plus, I really wanted to order a dessert drink but they were all around $10!!!
Plus, I ordered fries when I went there and they never brought them out.
This place is a miss compared to it's cousin in San Diego. -

This place is "Da Bomb!"
I just wish I wasn't so hung-over when I went to enjoy this amazing meal, but I'll tell you, it was Off-The-Chain, regardless.
I got the Sage Chicken and Waffles, it was serious gourmet food. I have never had such a big plate of chicken and waffles and I have never enjoyed chicken and waffles that much in my life.
The employees were so kind. The atmosphere was great and there portions were HUMONGO!!!
I love that they had a bunch of pictures of all the celebrities that came in, signed, framed, and hanging on the walls.
Plus, the whole 'Vegas Feel' tops it off right.
You're in Vegas Baby, so you really can't go wrong!!!
Seriously, make sure that you visit Hash House A Go Go! It's a complete MUST! -

Eat It OR Beat It?
**EAT IT!!**
If you're looking to grub on LOTS of food, come here! The quality is slightly above average but with the amount of food and reasonable prices, you can't complain! Just remember... come here if and when you have an appetite or else you will end up bringing home a ton of food!
CONCLUSION:
EAT IT!!!! all of it! mmmmmm! -
Review from Linda N.
I kept hearing good things about Hash House A Go Go, but I never got a chance to try it till now! When we come to Vegas, we usually just taxi it everywhere, but since we were staying almost a week in Vegas, I decided to rent a car so we can get around without paying those ridiculous taxi fares that will probably amount to more anyway. We came around lunch time, and since we were waiting on my other friends, me and Jennifer went to the bar to order a bloody mary. The bloody mary is delicious and was just perfect! Loved the green bean that was in it, and the olives were also yummy as well! It all blended well into THE perfect bloody mary, EVER!
The food portions here are ginormous! My friend's daughter ordered a kid's size chocolate chip pancake, and it was definitely not a kid's portion. That pancake is the business! I'm still thinking about it today! And yes, I ate off the kid's plate, only b/c her cute self was sharing it! I ordered the chicken and waffles, and man, the waffles had bacon in it, so I was already super happy! The chicken was also really flavorful. Of course I didn't even finish the plate, and we even shared it! My Vegas friend had to take it home to eat as leftovers since I didn't want to bring it back to the hotel room! There's also a queso dip there that is spicy and off the chain! We tried my guy friend's omelet or whatever and dipped it in there. Whoa, I was blown away by how tasty it was!
You know I will be back here for sure next time I'm back in Vegas to try their other dishes! Writing this review while hungry isn't a great idea either b/c all I'm doing is thinking about the food we did get to enjoy here!
A BIG THUMBS UP and HAPPY FACE from me!!! =D -

HUGE portions here!!
I think our leftovers lasted us into the next couple days.
Will be coming back with a lot more people to try all of the "twisted farm food" they have to offer.
The kiwi-watermelon lemonade is very refreshing and goes well with the heavy food that they serve here.
service and quality was pretty decent, no complaints. -

Orange, CA
I've made this place a visiting-Vegas staple. It's off the strip, but definitely don't think that means no crowd. For 2 on a Sunday brunch on the latest trip we waited about 15 minutes - but anyone with a large party should expect much longer due to their popularity.
The meals are HUGE - either plan to take home leftovers or split. Yes, there is a split fee to discourage this - but if you order a side it is waived. Totally worth it and makes it a full meal for 2 hungry people. You MUST get a coffee drink here. They are fabulously decadent - and appropriately massively-portioned like the food. Prices are more than reasonable for the size and quality. The inside of the restaurant has a nice, calming feel - especially nice given the crowds!
The staff is super nice and delightfully laid-back - I love when a restaurant encourages servers that have tattoos and piercings instead of turning them away. They are also incredibly efficient given their traffic. -

I never heard about this place, but I am so glad that my family knew about it.
I had the Chicken and waffles, and let me tell you, these portions freaking huge! 2 fat pieces of fried chicken sitting on top of 4 tasty waffles. So, so good.
If you have a chance, go here now.
so moist,... so tender. -

Zero Complaints!
Believe all the hype!
Delicious food. Gigantic portions. Definitely a place for sharing.
The quality of their food and drinks alone make this place worth checking out. Everything is fresh and made on location. All of their juices and even their chorizo is made on location! And it shows in the quality of their food.
Definitely cannot wait to go back. -
Review from Diana W.
Menus diff per location I guess. Long line, American food, big portions, and just comfy ok fatty breakfast. Their JAM IS incredible! Only because its not from a packet haha
Service is okay but responsive. Didn't hear that the seafood stuff is good, so keep away from the Salmon Benedict...but this place doesn't look like a seafood place anyways.
Got the Chorizo Hash (Chorizo, Jalapeno, Cheddar Cheese, Potatoes, Eggs, Biscuit, Peppers & Onions) - it was good. Would I come back again? Sure but I wouldn't insist on having to come here though.
Decent place. Located in the Imperial Palace hotel upstairs. -
Review from Deana W.
This place believes in the adage...more is more! No matter what you order...it is piled up a mile high. The key here is to share! Share or founder yourself trying. They charge a $2.50 fee to share....unless you are very clever...and yup, I am . Order a side of bacon, or any side really, then there is no charge. The plates of hash, piled high, are enormous. The presentation is stunning. They serve beautiful, fat biscuits, fresh from the oven. These are best eaten with the peach and pear compote that they make fresh every day.
The atmosphere here is lively, Great for large partys. Keep in mind, this place gets packed like sardines...but well fed sardines. -

MOTHER. OF. GOD. THE PORTIONS HERE ARE FREAKING MONSTROUS.
The prices here are very fair for the amount of food you're getting. The food itself is a three to four stars at most. But be prepared to get full and have a whole bunch of extra food to take bring back to your jealous siblings.
Although the food is three-four stars, what really makes this place a five star is the staff. Immediately as I walked in with my brother, and friend we were greeted with a genuine good afternoon. The staff is very lively, bright, and great. Their customer service was unbelievable, one of the best I had ever seen. The table next to us were a couple of kids complaining about their waffle, one of the girls said it tasted funny and would like the waffle to be free. Without any hesitation the waiter immediately offered her new waffle and for it to . Now that's some good customer service right there. The waiter that served us was also no exception. From the time that we ordered he was very polite and humble. We had trouble deciding what drinks we wanted to get and he gave his own personal opinion on which tasted better. And every time we needed a refill he was very prompt about refilling.
The ambiance of the place is very chill, and the parking was very easy. If I had the time to sit down and eat I would go back to this place for sure. -

I feel like writing a review for Hash House is just ridiculous. Their pictures and reputation precede them. Lemme sum it up: Ginormous portions of amazingly delicious, high calorie (but who cares), decadent food for which your belly and soul will be ever grateful to you.

Oh my! I came here for new year's breakfast and this place is amazing in portions. For the amount of things they give you, the price is really good.
BEWARE: one plate is ginormous.
Mango-Coconut pancake: The pancake was a little disappointing and too soggy.
Coffee: Ok.
Tangerine juice: Not bad, but they don't squeeze that stuff, FYI.
Fried Green Tomatoes: My first time trying these. Not bad. Balsamic vinegar, chicken, goat cheese, and green tomatoes.
Andy Sage's Fried Chicken: The Man vs. Food plate. Yes, it was good.
Fried Chicken and Waffles: This is what the waitress recommended. Very good. Too good... No bones in the chicken.
Presentation was really nice and there was so much food left! -

So everyone has been here. I guess you can say I'm a late bloomer? It's taken me a few years to finally have breakfast here. I originally herd that this place has huge portions, a twist on traditional breakfasts and yes... It was.
I ordered the Chicken and Waffles and I loved the waffles. They were so fluffy and they were loaded with bacon inside the waffle. Delish! The chicken though, sucked! It had no taste to it. It was moist, but it was just bland. I was dissapointed. -

better than a buffet? i think so! if you are ever in vegas you have to stop by here and try their chicken sage egg benedit. it was on man vs. food and i can finish a whole plate by myself! haha it was pretty delciious if i must say so myself.

Actually Hash House should deserve four stars but I need to take out one star for the wait and service.
Our group of eight people came there on Sunday at 3:00pm. The restaurant was quite empty that time and there wasn't even a line, but we still waited twenty-five minutes for a table. After we seated, we waited another ten minutes for a waiter. If the restaurant was busy, I would expect the slow service and long wait....but it wasn't!
Before we ordered, we all knew the enormous portion of the dish. But since everyone was starving like crazy, we still ordered our own food.
I have ordered:
Grilled portobello mushroom - The portion of the sandwich was OK, not huge as other dish. The sandwich had a big piece of mushroom with roasted red peppers, basil pesto, goat cheese on wheat bun . The taste was ok...noting special. I got the salad on the side with cucumber dressing, It was decent salad.
I also got the kiwi watermelon lemonade. I really like it, very refreshing.
My friend got the Fried Chicken and Waffles. It was huge. The chicken was a little bit dry but still good. The waffle was a little soggy.
The food was on the pricey side but based on the portion, it was ok. I highly recommend to share the dish with your friend........... -

I've been here twice. After going the first time I never wanted to return. Quesadilla with mashed potatoes and egg? I think not. I was disgusted the whole rest of the MONTH!!! And this wasn't even my plate. I ordered a BLT which was good and all, but way too much lettuce. The coffee wasn't that great either. I just didn't like the overall feel of the place either. It wasn't cozy and I don't remember the service if it was good or bad, so I'm just going to say it wasn't remarkable (being that I can't remember)
I chose to go here a second time only because my friend LOVES this place and wanted to meet up for breakfast. I agreed because I'm not one to argue. I don't remember what she ordered but it looked okay. I think it was a massive omelet with avocado. I ordered a pancake :) Yes just a pancake because after my first experience I didn't trust any of the other weird creations on the menu. To my surprise the massive pancake tasted just fine, but honestly how do you screw up a pancake. I was pleasantly surprised my second time so I may consider going again IF it's not my choice.
On a side note I took my family to M Resort because I thought they had a coffee shop, and to my disappointment their "coffee shop" was Hash house a go go...I left the resort without even eating and going elsewhere! (this was after my first experience) -
Review from Traci T.
Mmmmm food! This is a great breakfast eatery to visit when you are famished or waking up with the drunk munchies from tying one on the night before. The portions are ginormous and the presentation is pretty extraordinary too. I don't generally like for my food items to be all loved up to each other like they serve it up here but at Hash House, it works. Everything on the plate is served as though it is one item, if that makes any sense. All I know is, this is some delicious grub.
Andy's sage fried chicken is so warm, juicy and sage-y. So good. But it's hard to make a decision because the smoked salmon benedict is incredible as well. They offer quesadillas with a sriracha garnish that is a favorite of mine too. I have tried most of the menu items at one time or another and the only thing I would not order again is the pot pie. I didn't like the cracker crust. Just a personal preference. Hash House is not a one trick pony either. The lunch and dinner menus have some great dishes. I haven't sampled as many items as I have on the breakfast menu but I definitely recommend the crispy cornmeal salmon sandwich. The wheat bun and chili mayo really make this sandwich sing. Love it.
Besides the pot pie, I also don't like the split plate charge. IMHO it is inappropriate to charge more money for the exact same amount of food just because more people are going to be eating it. I rolled in with a group of four that selected three entrees to share, which would have been more than enough food to feed five people, only to be told that there was something like a $3.00 split plate charge. I'm not sure of the exact amount. And while three bucks isn't that big of deal it still seems unnecessary.
Those few cons won't keep from going back though. The food is just too good. -

Sacramento, CA
The 8 of us arrived a bit before 11 on a Wednesday and there was no wait. Our server was really personable and helpful, no complaints about the service here. After hearing how huge the portion sizes are we all opted to share plates. There is a split plate charge, but if each person sharing orders some sort of plate or side the charge is waived. So, 3 of us shared a chicken & waffles and the pork benedict, to prevent the charge we ordered a side of bacon. The rest of the table ordered the chicken benedict, a scramble, sausage and a waffle.
The food was okay, the portion sizes really were gigantic. I wish the benedicts had a poached egg on them instead of the small amount of scrambled eggs. The waffles had big bacon pieces sticking out of them, that was a nice touch.
Unfortunately a lot of us found ourselves running to the bathroom multiple times later that day. So if you end up coming here, perhaps you should consider ordering something that isn't super greasy and fried... -

This place was perfect for brunch. The restaurant is pretty big and clean. Our party of 3 had to wait about 10 minutes to get seated, and we were eating before we even knew it! The portions are HUGE so sharing would be a good option.
We ordered the fried chicken & waffle (the best), the eggs Benedict that had bacon and biscuits and a million other things on it (too much, too heavy), and banana cinnamon french toast (yummy but also a huge portion). Our waitress was super friendly and helpful in making our decision and the food came out really quickly.
I'd recommend this place over a buffet. Can't go wrong with a place that has tons of celebrity pictures on their wall, and they were even on Man vs. Food! -

I want to start out my restaurant reviews - with my #1 pick to eat at in the Las Vegas Valley. The would be the Hash House a Go Go. The Hash House is located at four locations in the Las Vegas Valley. The first is at 6800 West Sahara Blvd. just East of Rainbow Blvd. The second is in the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino located at 3535 Las Vegas Blvd S. The third location is in the M Resort and Casino located at 12300 Las Vegas Blvd. S in Henderson. And the newest is at the Plaza Hotel and Casino at the end of Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas. They have a great menu for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Come dine for breakfast on a 'Roasted Chicken, garlic, onion, asparagus and Rosemary' Hash for only $12.95.
Or dine on one of their famous one pound burgers like the 'Apple Smoked Bacon and Mashed Potato' burger also for only $12.95. No need for side dishes with this one, even though it comes with a ton of fries. (Prices are subject to change) How about for dinner you try one of their 'Sage Fried Chicken Linguine'. All of their food is great to eat and easy on the wallet.
They say that they serve "Twisted Farm Food". I'm not sure if I would call it twisted, but it is some of the best I have had. Not only is the food some of the best, I have to say that the servers are some of the best as well. My beverage was never empty and when they asked if I needed something more I never felt as if I were being pressured. They truly wanted to help me. Even if they were just pretending, I could not see it. So, if you are looking for something unique and great tasting, get on down to one of the three locations of the Hash House a Go Go. -

Came here for some grub. Got HUGE PORTIONS. Three ladies we ordered the COBB SALAD- was so good, I'm in love. Eggs Benedict - original- was so big and crazy, couldn't tell what it was.It was still good. and Chicken and waffles- looked so crazy big and scary, but didn't scare me, took it down and tore it to pieces. MIMOSAs- grapefruit was delicious, and TRY THE TANGERINE MIMOSA - delicious. and some fruit.
3 girls with a bill of over 100 bucks is a bit of a problem, but who cares we had a good time and were full! -

The portions here are mind blowing !! the food was delicious !! only thing that disappointed me was that i kinda wish that i knew that their portions were so big... i would of shared my dish with someone.. instead we left with 3/4 of our dish!! but hey, the prices that they ask for on these entrees is definitely very inexpensive. Surprisingly when we went there was no wait at all, from what i remember the service was pretty good. we left with a full stomach and a better strategy the next time we return to vegas !!

My boyfriend and I were starving and took our cab driver's advice and went here.
Don't get me wrong, the food was GOOD but it wasn't anything special. I ordered the Portabello mushroom sandwich with a side of mac and cheese. My boyfriend pound burger stuffed with mashed potato and bacon. He was pretty much in heaven. My meal was probably the best portabello mushroom sandwich I've had.
The food came out quick, the staff was incredibly friendly but the look of the place isn't very tasteful. But it's supposed to be that way I suppose.
But I left happy and full so that's all that matters!! -

Rate a 5 for decor
Rate 4 for service
Rate a 2 for food taste but a 5 for presentation ( love the fresh rosemary sprig)
My husband had the meatloaf sandwich and I had the Coconut-mango flap jack (which is as big as a hubcap). Bother were oddly bland. The meatloaf needed seasoning, the brioche should have been toasted more. The flapjack was bland, except for the chunks of mango which were nice, the coconut was also bland- should have been toasted and more of it. The pecan maple syrup was tasty
The food may actually be better then a 2 but after the fabulous decor, very good service and excellent presentation- our food was a real let down -
Review from Andrew F.
Super fatty, ginormous, American breakfast feast platters. How can you go wrong? You're already at the city of Sin, just add gluttony to the list of vices.
I've seen Hash House A Go Go on the FoodNetwork and have heard great things from friends, so I made it a point to check this place out, and of all days, the morning of my Las Vegas Marathon. I made sure I had enough protein, carbs, and starches in my system to keep me going for the long haul. Boy, did that plan come to fruition.
My family and I showed up around 10am and were seated shortly. We ended up getting the Sage Fried Chicken on top of the Spinach Scramble which also had Biscuits and Gravy. Somewhere in there were slabs of bacon and a whole bunch of country potatoes. zOMG!
I loved how, although the fried chicken was so large, it was juicy and tender and not at all dried out. The eggs were kind of overwhelming, but I love eggs. The biscuits were a little dense and dry, but the fatty and gluttonous gravy helped solve that issue. Every part of that platter was enjoyable. Three adults split that one entree and we barely cleaned it off.
Service was somewhat slow, as our server was conveniently missing in action, while we saw all the other servers zipping by constantly. The line to get a table was pretty long by the time we left. One grip [hence the 4 stars and not 5], was the fact that there was a $2.50 splitting fee. In encouraging each person to perform their own personal episode of Man vs Food, they've enforced a fee on top of splitting the food.
The one way you can waive that splitting fee is by ordering a side: a side of fruit, some bacon, biscuits, or even, yes you guessed it, a bowl of country gravy. We chose that ;D
Even the kids' meal sizes are large. Everything food related here is large! And tasty.
I will likely make this place a tradition - really like the food and can't wait to try all the other tasty items.
There is a parking lot out front and it seemed large enough to satisfy the customer base here. -
Review from Dave S.
I had the corned beef hash today. It was okay. Not that excited about having cheese in the hash, but it was okay. Also not that excited about eating out of a iron pan. You scratch the bottom with the your fork and you get that rusty metalic type flavor on the fork. Would prefer this on a plate next time.
Mom had the french toast which was outstanding. She doesn't eat a lot, so you know I have to help. They grill banana halves with the skin on and you eat it like your carving out a canoe. That banana was the bomb.1 Previous Review: Show all »

Las Vegas, NV
The was tasty which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars. Although it was tasty it was also very greasy.
Be warned the world famous Bloody Mary's are horrible. When we were able to actually find our waitress she told us yea they are very spicy like that and left. When we finally got a hold of her 5 minutes later we asked if we could order something else because the amount of horseradish in there made it undrinkable. She said she'll bring us some more tomato juice which never happened.
Service here was non exsistant. Our waitress introduced herself at the beginning and took off for 20 minutes. When we finally saw her again she was on the phone and gave us the "give me a minute finger". -

happen to be in Vegas and not in the mood for buffet?? Hit this place up! Food is amazing and portions are huge!! U can def share one plate w/ 2 people. Service is amazing and servers are super friendly. The line was super long but surprisingly the wait was not too bad. They have a nice little are for you to chill in while you wait. The menu is great /w tons of breakfast options (although they do have lunch as well). I ordered the benedicts which came w/ a chipotle hollandaise AMAZING! The eggs were placed over a freshly baked biscuit which in its self was bomb. They make their own jam and to tell u the truth, i could have just ordered the biscuit and jam and i would have still given them 5 stars! Try the watermelon kiwi lemon aid which is a tri colored fruity drink with a big watermelon wedge. They do have an outdoor dinnig patio which looked really nice and we would have eaten outside had i not wanted to see the inside. I reccomend this spot for breakfast and eye candy (as the waiters/waitresses are all tatted up and hot). Prices are good as well if you are on a budget. Stray from the strip and check this spot out!

this was a mind-numbingly good meal.
It's rare to see a restaurant be innovative with breakfast--rare to see them break out of the eggs-1000-different-ways mentality. But Hash House does so, and succeeds.
They have a wide variety of unique breakfast fare, as well as traditional fare stepped-up a notch in quality.
The portions are absurdly large, which is probably why the Sage Fried Chicken Benedict was featured on Man Vs. Food.
The pancakes are superb, as was the Sage Benny which is bacon, fried chicken and eggs atop a biscuit atop mashed potatoes, all smothered in a chipotle cream sauce.
Additionally, the cast of Pawn Stars was seated next to us. But expect a wait for a table, this place is hopping. -

When I lived in SD, we frequented the Hillcrest location. I loved that they expanded out to Vegas!
I've come here on a few occasions now... with a bachelorette party, for a girl's trip, with a mommy-daughter bonding trip. The food here has always been solid... and the portions have always been HUMONGOUS! The service has been iffy, usually hit or miss.
I love their fried chicken and waffles, their housemade biscuits are always a hit and the hashes have been solid.
Flapjacks, I highly recommend the banana and brown sugar one. It's a HUGE pancake that tastes like bananas foster! Downside is that the charge for split plates and have minimum order enforcements for people. You can get around that by ordering a biscuit and splitting a main course since the amount of food is insane! -

Looking at the menu I thought I died and went to foodie heaven. I got the fried chicken benedict which was delicious and had so much flavor. The portions are huge, and I tried my hardest to eat all of it. My friends and I also shared pancakes that were on special. The pancakes were so good that even though we were all full, we finished every single bite. I wish I remembered which pancakes, but I am sure they are all great.

"GO GO" TO HASH HOUSE, BUT "NO NO" DANCING -- I'm a bit embarrased, but I want to provide in advance of you going...with both advice and a warning. No need to dress up in your leotards, a tutu, and your dance shoes (not that I did that or anything, because I always wear my Capezio's when going for breakfast). I just thought with the name, I'd go all out. While dancing is not discouraged, it is also is not a dance club (like I MAY have thought). Instead - I partook of what they do offer here: GROSSLY HUGE FOOD.
BREAKFAST -- You have to try their famous breakfast items: fried chicken & waffles (comes stacked high practically to the ceiling), the pancake (size of a small fiat), and lots of good egg/omellete choices (I like the chicken hash & eggs), and fresh buttermilk biscuits with freshly-made jam. Good Lord!
LUNCH/DINNER -- Meatloaf (be civil, it's a massive portion. Eat half and be sure not make a spectacle of yourself. Then, drive 2 blocks away to an empty parking lot and eat the other half in the car), the BBBLT (mmmmm lots of bacon, a whole pig worth), and their stuffed hamburger (1 pounder, impossible to eat the whole thing...again, head for the parking lot 2 blocks away).
SALADS/HEALTHY -- Huh? Whatever.
SERVICE -- My favorite is Melina - whenever she was working, I'd always ask for her. She's fun, and shows great customer service. Always terrific. The hostesses are super sweet, and keep the waiting hungry customers moving as quick as possible. The only way they could be nicer is if they offered small pieces of fried chicken to customers while waiting to be seated.
WAITING -- No reservations, so my recommendation is to be there early before 930am. If you get there at 10am or later, be prepared to wait 20-45 mins. Again, no fried chicken served while you wait. Pffff!
PARKING -- Amble private lot, and since it is way off strip by a few miles -- you have elbow room on the streets, so no need to play bumper cars.
CONCLUSION -- It's AWESOME. I love, I love, I love I've returned many times, and you will, too. -

We went to this eating place on the recommendation of a friend. The portions are HUGE and very tasty. It is like country cooking in the city - great biscuits, mashed potatoes, chicken and meatloaf. We didn't have a chance to eat breakfast, but we will definitely go back the next time we are in town.

Even though I've only been here a handful of times, I think I'm starting to like it more and more each time. This last visit was for my mother's birthday and I must say that I had no complaints and there was enough leftover for me to take with me for lunch at work.
Pros:
* Generous portions for the hungry
* Really good customer service (this is important to me)
* Quality food and decently priced
* They quoted me a 30 minute wait, but it was actually quicker than that.
Cons:
* If you like embarrassing a birthday celebrant, don't bring them here. No singing.
* busy busy busy so expect a wait.
Overall:
Okay so there was a wait (there is always a wait), but I guess that's a good sign right? One thing is for sure, they have some enormous portions. So big in fact that Man Vs. Food's Vegas episode actually came to this location to feast. Don't mistake quality for quantity here. The portions are grand ,but the taste is just as amazing.
Tips:
* If you share, make sure to order an extra side, otherwise they automatically charge you an extra $2 dollars. Might as well get something extra since you're going to pay for it either way right?
* Try some of their specialty drinks. I forgot the exact name of my favorite, but it comes with a watermelon wedge dangling off the edge of the glass. Spectacular!
* Come hungry... Seriously! And don't come if you are in a rush. Especially not during Brunch on a weekend -

Recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. We went there for breakfast. The portions are sizeable (I had the French Toast and had trouble finishing the meal). They serve a mean Bloody Mary. You will have to drive to get there; by car it is a good 20 minute car drive from the strip. But well worth the journey.

I was so bummed that I couldn't order the chicken and waffles I wanted....only because I wasn't feeling well. I didn't want to miss my chance at eating here so, I tagged along anyways. I had the Sticky Hot Granola. It was really good. If, that's your thing. It's not what I would normally order but it was delicious. My hubby got a combo breakfast and really liked his food. My sister Susan has been here several times and always orders a Bacon Waffle. She loves it. I thought it was just ok. My sister Karen didn't really care for this place. She wanted to go down the street to our usual spot The Egg and I. But, she ordered the Chicken and Waffles and said she really didn't like it. But, everyone else loved it. You have to be really prepared to wait or just get there right when they open.

I am comparing this with the hash house in imperial palace...exterior is really cute and my group was seated promptly. Staff was really courteous and friendly. We ordered:
Watermelon kiwi lemonade: this really failed for me. The watermelon kiwi combo was weird to begin with and it went downhill with the lemonade.
Orange juice: definitely fresh and quite delicious!
Chicken and waffles: soft waffle, delicious chicken. Definite recommend along with a side of chipotle cream sauce.
Farm scramble with sun dried tomato and goat cheese: yum, but sun dried tomato was a bit overpowering. Biscuit is nice and buttery. Mashed potatoes were amazing! Very buttery, just the right consistency of chunky to smooth...get this over the bland crispy potatoes.
Cobb salad: gigantic and yum! chicken was dry and oddly sweet, but they sure didn't skimp on the blue cheese and bacon!
Fruit side: small and plain. Not worth it.
I actually felt that I liked the one at imperial palace more, but overall still delicious and worth a try! -

First place/meal I've eaten outside of California, and I'm impressed.
*They do not seat you until your entire party has arrived*
As I waited for the last person of our "party" to arrive, I noticed all of the celebrities that have eaten here. Thumbs up for Neil Patrick Harris eating here!
I saw the incredibly large portions of food they serve, so I decided to share something with my sister.
We ordered "Sage Fried Chicken" - stacked with our famous bacon waffle, hot maple caramel reduction and crowned with fried leeks for $16.95. I wasn't a fan of the leeks, but those waffles were pretty good. The large portions were what impressed me.
If you're planning on sharing an order, they'll charge you $2.50 for one person not ordering, so they recommend you just get a side of toast or some fries so that way you're not charged for no reason at all.
The waitress was incredibly nice, she made everyone feel comfortable.
I do enjoy my chicken and waffles, but I think I'll stay in California for my Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles next time.
