I've been rear-ended 3 times in the past 2 years. And every time I've taken my vehicle to Harold's to be serviced.
This auto body shop has excellent customer service. The staff are polite and knowledgeable and take the time to answer all of your questions.
When they say they are going to call you, they call you. They keep their word. I like that.
I must say, that of all the stresses in dealing with an accident, taking my car in to Harold's was the least of my worries. They also make the transition from getting your vehicle repaired to getting a rental in line easy.
These guys make the whole car accident process as painless as possible.
If you are an unfortunate victim of an accident, I highly recommend you take your vehicle in to Harold's, as they are very reputable and will take good care of you and your car.
Now if only something can be done about the endless idiot drivers on Edmonton streets.......
