The centre is soothing, clean and welcoming. It made me feel comfortable that this was a legitimate business.
Gabrielle, my soft spoken acupuncturist, was excellent. She made me feel at ease, addressed my health concerns, and made me feel very relaxed during the process.
Her method was very gentle, though as this was my first time, I can't offer any comparisons to other service providers.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I hope to go back some time. -

I see Gabrielle at Harmony Wellness - what a peach. She is warm and gentle and makes a thorough assessment of your wellness needs.
I've been to other clinics for a series of acupuncture treatments and hands down, this place is the most pleasant and professional.
I've only tried acupuncture so far but I am looking forward to some personalized Chinese medicine therapies. -

Harmony Family Wellness Centre is a very complete centre, offering services including RMT, naturopathy, acupuncture and osteopathy. The focus of the practitioners here tends to be on general needs as well as on the needs of mothers-to-be or new mothers. Aside from all of the treatments available here, there are also birthing classes and other workshops in the area of mother and baby care. All of the practitioners here are very professional and the ambience is inviting. Though I haven't seen all of them, I'd be comfortable recommending all of the team here.

Established in 2007
Harmony was created with the vision of putting together a holistic centre where families could come to get high quality health care under one roof. With this in mind, practitioners have been selected who can work with a wide range of people from pregnant clients, to the most active athlete, both the young and older.
Meet the Business Owner: Gabrielle S.
Dr. Gabrielle Steinberg is a Doctor of Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), (acupuncture and herbs), Craniosacral therapist and Shiatsu therapist. Many years of study have also included completing courses in Nutrition, Shiatsu and Chinese massage and kinesiology.
Dr. Steinberg works with people of all ages with the goal to enhance their performance in daily life- whether it be in competitive or day to day activities. She enjoys working with families and often works closely with pregnant and postpartum mothers. Her scope includes injury recovery, chronic pain issues, infertility, digestive issues and men's health.
She started Harmony Family Wellness Centre to offer a place where people could come get wellness care in an environment that fosters calm and a feeling of well being just by walking through the door.
