Harmony Donuts is definitely the best kept secret in Upper Lonsdale. Pretty neon coloured and sprinkled donuts that are deliciously warm. So sweet that having two made my teeth hurt but they aren't big so you need two. Fresh and good and a funky atmosphere that is like the basement of a toy collector.

This is a very small shop just north of the highway on Lonsdale, but they make some of best doughnuts around. Their style is more on the cake-y side, but the doughnuts are moist and the frosting is deelish. You even have a choice of sprinkles! These are the doughnuts you want to buy your friends when they're helping you move for the third time in a row.
I also love going here for the campy atmosphere. The owners have decorated it with an eclectic collection of stuff that includes vintage action figures and toys. It's sort of dark for actually eating in, but the decor really personalizes the shop. When you get tired of cupcakes, come here for truly excellent doughnuts.Listed in: North Shore Eats
