Got the Greek pizza. Large costs about $20. It took a half hour to make but it was pretty good.
This place is more like a bar than a pizzeria. Kinda ghetto and hard to notice from the bypass. Worth stopping by if your in the mood for pizza. -
Review from Brian L.
I will give this place 4 stars based on the fact that I realize I'm in NC and not in the northeast.
I know what good pizza is, and this place is pretty good for pizza in the south. I had a plain pizza, and it was very satisfying. The sauce wasn't bitter, the cheese was stringy, and the crust was ok - a bit doughy, but the crust was good. Oh yea, I didn't sit down to order this - I was at the bar, and the slices came out fast and fresh from the oven - can be a big difference that it was hot and not cool.
We came here on a Monday night, where after 930pm they have dollar slices, dollar domestic drafts (small cups), and dollar rail mixed drinks (small cups). Good deal for a tourist spot! Live dj playing some good music (requests taken, plays rap, rock, etc).
