Had dinner here with a family party and therefore ordered a number of dishes to eat - good portions and it was a reasonable quality for the price as well. Tea didn't get topped up by the waiters who were kinda overworked, we felt, a few forced smiles at times but hey, that's life eh :)
Mango pudding was for dessert and it is served with some evaporated milk in the can, to suit tastes. -

Happy Garden has great dim sum. The options are vast and they are pushed around in carts. I speak Cantonese but my husband who doesn't has no trouble communicating with the staff. I point this out because many of my coworkers are intimidated to have dim sum in fear of the language barrier.
I always have the congee when I go there. Their congee is comfort food for me. Topped with green onions and some peanuts with a sprinkling of fine white peppercorns. YUM.
