The bath trailer comes attached to SUV, which than had to be parked in our underground parking as they needed access to water hose (wasn't aware). This was a bit of a problem as the underground condo parking doesn't really have space for a long truck to be parked - neverthless that was solved. However of concern was that the water came straight from the cold hose and I really don't think there was enough time to warm up the water! As the bath took place on a relatively cold/rainy day it was quite chilly in the garage - the dog ended up getting bladder infection the same day :( They offered to do nails but in the dark garage where there is nowhere for the dog to lie down . . . I simply declined!! Also they don't blow dry just use towels (the website said blow dry). Anyway, the dog is fresh and clean but picking up a cold from freezing water was definitely not worth it . . .
