This is a very decent, clean hotel with friendly service. Like all Hampton Inn's, there is free breakfast. It's nothing to write home about, but it is nice to have some cereal or yogurt and tea/coffee in the morning.

I was worried that the parking lot was too small for the hotel but we never had a problem finding a parking place.

The room was clean and had all the basics. At a hotel of this level my first concern is cleanliness, not luxury. And this hotel was very clean.

The workout room was funny. It's a conference room by day, workout room by night. There were conference tables and chairs stacked up in the corner and a lightweight treadmill and some other type of cardio machine set up in the middle of the room. The treadmill worked fine, so I was happy. But I wouldn't really consider it much of a workout room.

Logistics- this hotel is within walking distance to the Bridgeport Sky Train station. This was extremely useful for getting to downtown Vancouver. There's also a casino attached to that station, if you like to gamble and whatnot. I opted to hold on to my precious but valueless USD's.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially to people who don't want to pay the high prices to stay downtown.

Just like any typical low cost hotel. Staff is nice and friendly, rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast is included like all Hampton Inns.

My only complaint is.... Parking is a bit of a pain.

I'm not sure why they have such a low rating on Yelp but I had a great experience with them.

The hotel lobby is spacious and the rooms were clean.  The front desk staff offered great customer service. The continental breakfast was the best part.  Their breakfast had eggs (hard boiled and scrambled), French toast sticks, sausage patties, bacon, pastries, toast, juice, 24-hour tea and coffee service, waffle makers, oatmeal packets, cereal, yogurt, and fruit. They even offer brown bags to their guests who are on the run and don't have time to sit down to eat breakfast. Parking is free also.

It's conveniently located next to the highway and near many shopping malls/plazas and good Chinese restaurants.

The only cons were that they didn't have a pool and their fitness room is very small with only a few machines.  Otherwise, this is a decent and affordable place to stay at in the Richmond area.

    Small, but okay rooms.

Nice staff, but "Reservations" for the airport shuttle are pointless as nobody came in to announce the arrival of the shuttle - and we missed it.

Good hotel to stay at while in Richmond.  Close to Chinatown in Richmond.  Love it.

Parking is free here and could be a problem if it gets full.  They do have a gated parking lot but it closes at 12 midnight and reopens at 4 a.m.

The room was average; the bed was comfortable.  The bathroom was a little small.

Wireless internet kept dropping.  Printer wasn't working at all when we were there.

Got here just in time for perfect parking protected from snow--there were about ten spots and more parking available under the snow drizzling sky.  Compared to the comfort inn down the street, this place was slightly cheaper and welcoming.  The room was cozy with the standard big box tv and the view of the neighboring hotel--stinky free.  It's about a 5 minute drive from golden village(chinatown) and most of the dwellers were coming from/going to the airport nearby.  There's an open computer next to the receptionist to search for any last minute stops or whatever.  The self serve continental breakfast offered cheese omelets, muffins, scones, toast, bagels and canned fruit.  Not too shabby and very clean.
