I've stayed at many of the Hilton properties in the last few years including several Hampton Inn hotels.  I love the value and the service at the Hampton Inn.  This Hampton was no exception.  It was quiet, clean, and comfortable beds.  What more could a traveling family ask for?  We had a great time during our stay.  Need extra shampoo, conditioner, soap, pillows, blankets?  No problem .. the service and staff are always happy to help!

This Hampton Inn was rather unique in some ways.
The hotel property is set back a little ways from the main roads. I arrived at night, and the long private road leading to the hotel is lined with trees strung with sparkly white lights.  Definitely a nice touch!

The hotel also had some nice Autumn decorations in the lobby and dining area - Jack O'Lanterns, mums, that sort of thing.  This was very welcoming and cozy!

The lobby and first floor are laid out a little weird.  The breakfast area is sunken, so you have to go down stairs or a ramp to get to it.  Food is for sale in the evenings.  A flat panel TV and a fireplace are also in this sunken area.
This is one of the first Hampton's I've been to that has a fairly extensive selection of refrigerated food for sale near the breakfast "nook" as well as a gift shop!
While everything was obviously well cared-for in this hotel, the decor is a bit dated.

The fitness center is a bit small, but the equipment functions, and the free weights are definitely appreciated.  The only problem during my visit is that the fitness room was really warm, and the air conditioning didn't appear to be working.

Everything else about my stay was pleasant, and the hotel's proximity to the Spokane airport worked out wonderfully for my itinerary.

I usually stay at this place when I'm in Spokane and have an early flight out the next day. The only nicer Hilton property in town is the Doubletree, and that's downtown so it's more of a hike to the airport.

This place could use a nice "Hampton" makeover, but I've never had any problems here. Friendly staff, clean rooms, wi-fi works, rates are always really good.

Last time I stayed here, I got upgraded to the "Aspen Suite" since I'm a Diamond member. Holy 70s, Batman! There was a jacuzzi in the bedroom, and mirrors on all the closet doors and in a bunch of other places in the room. Very interesting, and kind of funny.

Overall, I'd recommend staying here if you need a clean, comfy place to crash for the night.

Clean, friendly, convenient. Great value. Spend the night and park while you take the shuttle to the airport. The hot tub is better than most hotel hot tubs. We will definitely stay again.

I love my Hilton points so Hampton Inn is the official staypoint on my cross country journey of 2008.  This was a pretty nice Hampton, quite removed from the road and actually has houses on both sides of it.  You can see the highway in the distance from the hotel but I didn't notice any noise from that or the somewhat close by airport.

Breakfast was the standard, one or two hot dishes, with loads of pastries, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juices, etc.  They do have an on-site "restaurant" that stays open until 10 PM and serves sandwiches, salads, soups, etc.  They have a gift shop and a little cooler that sells wine, beer, and $5 pints of Ben & Jerry's!

The heated indoor pool and hot tub area were both quite large for a hotel which was nice.  They also have a little outdoor patio with lounge chairs and tables for sun worshippers.  The gym was okay, two treadmills and two bikes (all older) and a set of free weights.  The treadmills didn't explode at running speed so that's always a plus.

Spokane, WA: this property is in excellent shape with modern ammendities.  Nice place, nice rooms, comfortable.  Not very far from the City Center and its many restaurants.  Employees have friendly personalities. We will stay here again when in Spokane

Nice room, but NOISY. Could hear everything in the rooms next to me.

Low water pressure in the shower. Not fun taking two minutes to rinse out the shampoo.

Really nice staff, and good breakfast.

From I-90, it's pretty easy to get to the hotel, but you have to take several city streets to get back to the freway.

Despite the shortcomings, I'd stay here again.

Not a bad hotel. Liked the free, hot breakfast, but the scrambled eggs are powdered and taste artificial. I agree with previous poster that rooms have paper thin walls so you here showers running, alarm clocks, etc.
One gripe I have is that batteries on tv remote were weak, so it would work one minute and not the next. Clean appearance and I would stay there again.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, room was immaculate, pool was fabulous, and restaurant was very, very good.

One more update - got my hand signed Christmas card from this hotel recently. Don't know if it was due to duration of stay or rewards status, or both...but yeah. Kind of a nice touch, kind of a "patheic hotel dweller" vibe.

OK - normally, I don't stay at hampton inns because they always seemed like a step above motel 6, but was very surprised by this one.  The bed was SO comfortably.  The room was nicely decorated.  The bathroom was a bit dated, but good sized.  The best thing about THIS hotel in particular was all their servies - pool, fitness room and business center were available to guests 24/7!  I've had to travel alot in my job, and no one has ever had that kind of service!  I wish I had to stay longer in Spokane just so I could stay there longer.  I definitely would recommend this place to Spokane visitors!
