My massage therapy practice, located in central Halifax, is centered on rehabilitation of acute and chronic conditions as well as deep relaxation. With massage therapy, I empower clients with knowledge of their conditions and choices available to them. This is important in the mind-body connection that facilitates positive change.
Meet the Business Owner: Michelle F.
I completed my Registered Massage Therapist training in Ontario where such training is recognized world wide. During that time, I had the opportunity to work with a wide range of people. My treatments consist of a combination of techniques, myofascial, neuromuscular, general swedish followed by remedial exercises (stretching and strenthening exercises). This will ensure that my clients benefit from the lasting effects of their massage treatment.
