This has been one of the best "Asian" hair salons in GTA for years. It was called Beijing Hair way way way back, then changed its name to Hair Culture about 10 years ago. Yes, it is a part of the high-end Hair Culture group that has salons in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Shanghai.
Located on the third floor of Times Square Mall (NW corner of Hwy 7 and Leslie), the store is spacious and clean, minimalist decor. My stylist Andy (as well as a few others whom I have tried over the years) is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Because a lot of the clients here are long time regulars, most stylists tend to be laid-back and listen to what the clients want, the opposite of being pushy or snobby.
Prices aren't cheap, but it's a serious bargain compared to what their Hong Kong or Shanghai sister stores charge. Prices also very depending on seniority of stylist, and hair length.
I've been a happy client for years. I know friends and business associates who've been going there for a long time. -

This is the worst hair salon !!! They have a horrible coloring, my hair color now is uneven, partly are even still stick with my originally color. The hair stylist is very unprofessional, terrible time management. Hair stylist walked away when she was having hair cut with the other customer. Terrible
