My wife uses Hair Club.... They have preyed upon her fears and insecurities. She was bold faced lied to at her consultation about the process and the costs. I know because I was there. Once you begin with Hair Club it is nearly impossible to turn back so they have you... this place is about taking your money; they are not there to help you.
Their booking system is a disaster. Appointments change frequently and are even scheduled on days they know they'll be closed.
Some of their stylists are right out of school and incompetent
They have a very hard time matching the hair properly.
The costs are high... higher than what they quote and claim.
The "matrix" is a joke... it will restrict your life significantly.
When confronted with the problems of their organization the General Manager dismisses them and offers little or no real help or compensation.
My advice.... if you're a woman.... look somewhere else.
