My boyfriend (Ryan) and I went here last year and got a great income tax return and so we decided to come here again for this years tax season. We went in on a Monday about 4:00pm and figured we could beat the rush.
We were sure wrong about that! The receptionist said that there were about 5 people in front of us, and on top of that, there were people with appointments. She guessed we would be waiting over an hour. But, to our surprise, she took down my cell phone number and told us she would give us a call when we were first or second in line. I loved that they gave us this option because it meant we could get some running around done.
We ended up going back about an hour and a half later with a couple books in hand and sat down to wait. We were only waiting about 10 minutes when Jody came out to get us.
Jody was really quick at getting our returns done. We were only in there for about 20 minutes, including our 10 minute wait. She was able to get us the largest return we have ever had, and gave us advice about next years taxes.
We will be going back to see Jody at H&R Block next year as well.
