    Update of my previous review:

The selection has gotten much better, and in the past few months I've actually found a number of cute, inexpensive, nicely-fitting work appropriate outfits that I desperately needed. I even scored a nice basic black winter coat that was marked 50% off during their coat sale, and an additional $5 off because they'd given me a promotional gift card the last time I shopped there. I bought a few pairs of tights yesterday and got another $5 gift card, which made me very happy.

The staff are still far too busy frantically restocking racks to be helpful (or even just polite... they often rudely push past me to hang something on the rack I was looking through. An "excuse me" would be nice). There are never enough cashiers, fitting rooms, or mirrors available on the main floor. I've found that the children's section's fitting room and cash desk always have the shortest lines so try going upstairs.

I remember when I went to Europe long ago before H&M had come to Canada. It was a trip with school, and all the girls were excited to shop here. I fed off of their excitement, and shopped H&M with enthusiasm. The prices were decent and they had all the latest European trends! I remember I bought a purse and a tshirt and went on my way.

A few years later, H&M came to Canada, and I realized, I actually don't like it at all! It was cool in Europe because we didn't have it here and I could afford it! But now that it's all readily available to me down the street from my apartment, it's just cheap clothes. The quality is terrible. I try to stay away from synthetic fabrics, because they just don't have the same quality/feel as the natural stuff. Cotton and silk can go a long way!

I don't think I've ever talked to anyone inside an H&M who works there... I think the job of the employees of this superstore is to make sure the place doesn't burn down, but I'm okay with that because I don't usually come in here looking for someone to style me.

The only time I ever do come in here is if I need to buy something for 1 occasion that I'll never wear again and don't feel like spending a lot on... but even that doesn't happen often!

Not once have I found something I was 100% in love with.
Not once have I been satisfied with the amount of time wasted in line ups for cashiers or fitting rooms.
Not once have I been able to keep a garment for more than a month without a hole, snag or rip.
Not once have I been calm and relaxed while attempting to shop at this location (no matter WHAT the time of day was).
Not once has the store been clean and tidy.
Not once have I been acknowledged or greeted by a staff member.

I'd rather save up my hard earned cash and buy a good quality piece from a different retailer.

H&M is the clothing equivalent to IKEA in that they offer affordable stylish items made from the utmost crappy material.  I feel extremely uneasy every time I step into an H&M because I buy most of my work clothes from this Swedish staple store; I'm dead certain on one of these days, a staff member will tackle me mistaking me as a thief. For anyone who enjoys changing their wardrobe without having to spend a fortune, it really doesn't get any better than H&M. This location is well-stocked in all sizes but beware: their pants are unreasonably tight.

This place is great when looking for an inexpensive, basic piece of clothing to add to your wardrobe. I probably stop in here about once a month and always come out with a new dress or purse. Prices are very cheap and everything I've bought from there seems to be decent quality.

As other reviewers explained, going in there is a god damn gong show. It's always a mess of clothes everywhere as hordes of bridge and tunnel women my Mom's age and Bieber loving pre-teens frantically tear the place apart looking for the best deal in their size. Going into H&M is a test of one's shopping patience - sometimes even more so than Metrotown Mall! Even though, I still love shopping here.

H&M is my go-to place when I'm having a wardrobe disaster and need to quickly buy something and change for after work plans and has never once failed me.

The quality can be hit or miss. I have some items that have lasted years, and others that break almost immediately.

The sizing here is completely ridiculous, so my advice is to not even bother looking at the number, because its going to be wrong. Just use your eye and judge it as best as you can.

Trying to navigate through this store requires a lot of patience. You're going to get stuck behind all the slow-walkers, the people that abruptly stop and look at their phones, and groups of girls that will just stand around and block the incredibly tiny aisles that are overcrowded with racks of clothing.

Be prepared to wait in the fitting room line for up to 20 minutes, or you can just purchase the items, try them on at home, and return them within a month if they don't fit. PRO-TIP: try the kids section before you give up.

The accessories are usually pretty great, and trend-wise H&M is very on top of things, as they are a fast-fashion store. I usually find their footwear to be less than stellar though. You can find most of your basics here, probably on the lower floor where the maternity section used to be (do they even still have it?) and the newer arrivals will be near the Granville entrance. The men's and kid's sections are upstairs, as are some more of the women's fashions that are a little less dressy, and more fun.

I want to give them an extra star, but I always feel so annoyed with the layout and the hoardes of people that I just can't.

It's such a love hate relationship with this place, I love some of the things that they have in this store, but sometimes the service or the product knowledge from their staff sends me out of their store within 5 minutes of finding another keeper for the closet.

I find whenever I ask them things, no one really seems to know what the other co-worker is asking/describing to them, if you ask for another size, usually in my case, its better if I go wander back and try and find it because they never seem to be able to even though they work in there day in and day out.

Accessories are the best there, love that you can find such cute little nifty bracelets & earring sets there and for SUCH an amazing price.

I just wish they had more sizes, more Hello Kitty products and knowledgeable staff.. oh and more mirrors.. its the hardest thing to find when you are on the second floor and you are sharing 3 downstairs with a giant crowd of people.

H&M is my ultimate accessories store.

I have to be totally honest, I find going into H&M suffocating and overwhelming. It seems like every girl is in there trying to find the cheapest shirt/pant/combination possible and while doing it they are causing little tornados of cheap, foreign made clothing.

All that having been said I like H&M for their cheap basics, their accessories, their undergarments and their bathing suits. I pop in probably once a month to check out the Divided line as I find there are often funky little pieces that I can add to an outfit. Only problem is they will fall apart after three wears, but heck for $5 how can you go wrong.

I've found lately, however, that every time I go into H&M the only sizes they have are 6 and 8 which isn't helpful for everyone... either that or no person is a size 6 or 8.

Try to avoid any time that may be "peak" shopping hours, and you'll be OK... Otherwise, have fun fighting your way through the aisles.

I love them for the knee-high socks and accessories. I've yet to make a garment purchase here... the fitting room lineup was too long the last time I found something I may want to try. Also, many garments have a couture-feel drape, which is not my style.

I finally checked out the upstairs for kids/men, and I was surprised at how big the kids' section is. I didn't understand why they had Hello Kitty things, though... I looked at some junior sizes that could work for me. Gotta try to get there earlier in the weekday to try something on.

They change the featured items (by the outside entrance) often. I came back to get a bag I'd been thinking about a week later, and it was already gone and placed in the regular bags section.

I come here for cheaper, summer clothes. Linen pants & shirts and cheap stretch pima t-shirts for $8.99. However, a size 32 waist here varies between pants and shorts it seems. So grab a size-up on items before heading to the fitting rooms.

For clothing staples, I would look elsewhere since I doubt the clothing here will last more than a couple of seasons.

Get here during the morning hours and wander Pacific Centre afterwards, with nary a crowd.

Such great clothes for such affordable prices. I love H&M! Although I admit the ones in the UK are better ;D
What I hate about this location is how small and cramped it is and how over busy it is. The line up for the changing rooms and the til is similar to the line ups you see outside the women`s bathroom as nightclubs. And I`m not aloud to slip a jumper on in front of the mirrors around the store? What on earth are those mirrors there for? Not to mention the fact that they are ALWAYS out of my size in all of the best stuff.
I often leave disappointed to be quite honest...

H&M is hit or miss with me. If you have patience and a keen eye, you can find some great items here. I generally like looking for cute tops and dresses. I go in H&M focusing my attention on a particular colour or design, that way I don't get vertigo from all the clothing chaos.

I really enjoy taking my boyfriend here though. For one he doesn't like to be branded (by clothes) and second this is one of the only stores that carries a good variety of trendy men's clothes for a decent price. He especially loves the cheap tee-shirts and button-ups.

Overall, a good place if you're willing to dodge people, wait in line (especially on a weekend), and treasurehunt.. for a great item - be it clothes, shoes, bags, intimates or accessories.

Wow, I don't think I have ever been this disappointed in an H & M. Although there was a lot of selection it seemed very limited. The place was cramped and even the accessories failed to mesmerize me.

There was nothing there that I would willingly wear to the office and when shopping in the heart of the business district, that's what I expect to find. This is the worst H & M I have ever been to and that includes the one in Toronto Eaton's Centre.

It seems that fashion bloggers around the world can accredit at least a few hip pieces from their wardrobes from H&M. I, on the other hand, hand't even known that there was a location in my very own home city until a few years ago. So imagine my excitement when I dedicated many a shopping trip to finding the perfect bag, or a cute summer dress here.

Alas, after many repeat visits, I can honestly say I haven't ever found anything amazing.

Sure, I've bought a few items, but nothing life-changing like years of reading fashion blogs built up my expectations to be. The clothes in the catalogues look great, but as soon as I rush into the store to see for myself, I find myself disappointed.

In the end, I just can't justify forking over $45 on a poleyester dress, not matter how cute it may be. The quality just isn't there to justify a pricetag like that.

I love how you can find an H&M anywhere these days. This location at the Pacific Centre Mall is smaller than most others I've been too, but they're all the same.

Same deals and sales, as well as the clutter that follows along with it. I love going to H&M, but for some reason I find it hard to find something cute. Everything always looks much nicer on the hanger :[ Oh well, any how, I would have rated it a star higher if it wasn't for the rude service. I tried asking for assistance and these 2 sales reps were just gossipping away. I don't care where you plan on getting your hair done.

I had been waiting years for H&M to arrive here. I saw them all over the place in Europe in 2001, then saw the name in fashion magazines for years, then heard Toronto had one... finally we got one! And everything you've heard is true - trendy design, an overwhelming large selection, and cheap(ish) prices.

I love everything I've bought there, except for the pants. Man, do you get what you pay for when you buy cheap pants. Zippers that don't work. Funny, itchy fabric. Pant legs that can't hold a pleat. Saggy bum disease. But the tops and dresses are just fine - fun patterns, nicely shaped, and fashionable.

As for the shopping experience, a Saturday afternoon trip is like wading into a trendoid's war zone, and you'll probably wait on line for a dressing room. Bring an MP3 player to avoid killing the gum-chewing fashionista behind you.

H&M, I want to love you, but you drive me crazy. I love that you have a huge selection of somewhat bland clothing and accessories, and a section for teenage girls that screams emo. But everytime I step into the store I am suffocated by peasants looking for the cheapest deal in town, who are willing to do anything to get it. I do love that your clothes are reasonably priced, just as much as anyone else, but the same cut of dress in five different colours? Really? Is it necessary for all of us to look like colourful clones of eachother? Didn't the Gap do that to us already?

By the time I have hunted through the store and found something satisfactory, then I have to translate the sizing into what I think should fit me, do I want to try on a shirt that is labelled size eight? Not really. And it wasn't that the smaller sizes didn't fit, there just wasn't any room for the boobs. These girls don't want to play peek-a-boo behind a button up top, so make some room dammit! That way the rest of the shirt doesn't hang like a toga at my waist. When I finally figure out what size *should* fit me, the lineups for the change rooms are ridiculous. The saving grace: the return policy. 30 days full refund with receipt and tags attached.

I usually take my H&M to go with a side of socks. That way I can try on my goods at home in my own lighting, with my own mirror, with whatever things I think will work with the outfit. Thank god for refunds!

H&M is the Ikea of clothing stores. You buy something here knowing it will likely fall apart in less than a year, but the price isn't steep and it looks cute so you buy it anyways. It's great for those on a budget who are looking for something trendy but cheap. Be prepared to stand in a very long line-up for quite some time and receive so-so customer service from someone cooler than you.

In general I love H&M but I will admit if I go to this location on a weekend or afternoon I usually leave frustrated about 5 minutes into my shop. Fortunately I have 1 week day off so I try to take care of my H&M shopping while the other shopper's are at work!

One thing that also dissapoints me about this location is my size is very often sold out!

I love H&M for thier cheap (but nice) t-shirts and cardigans, they come in handy for work clothes which I am not willing to spend much money on. I also like to visit if I need accessories in a pinch because I can usually find something to meet my needs for under $15.

Overall this store meets my work wardrobe needs, for more fashionable items I usually wait till I visit my parents in Calgary and load up at the H&M there because they always have my size!

Honestly. How can you go wrong accessory-wise when this weekend I walked out with 2 pairs of funky mens socks, thigh high stockings, ankle stockings, a sexy little nighty, and 2 pairs of gorgeous underwear (on sale for 2 bucks each!!!) ..all for under 60 bucks..

    I didn't go wrong, I went right.

I do go crazy if I'm in the store longer than 5 minutes though. Too many people, too much to look at, and a dressing room line that goes on for miles. I'll go there for above mentioned items or a quick look at their new stock, but not on a regular basis. My anxiety can't really handle it.

Um, what?  The popularity of this store is a sad commentary on the unimaginative, dull style that typifies much of Vancouver's fashion scene.

    Yes, The clothing is cheap.

Of course the clothing is cheap, the clothing is hideous.

Now I can't speak well informed as to the quality of the women's clothing.  I don't wear women's clothing.

Coincidently, I don't wear men's clothing from H&M either.  This place was crammed to the rafters when it opened.  The frenzy at the store opening ensured that half this town would be accessorizing with H&M.  I'm glad for it, suddenly what I wear is that much more unique by comparison.

I appreciate the reasonable prices and the clothes can work in a pinch.

What I do find frustrating is the staff.  It seems like you're in their way.  To top of matters the woman who showed me into my change room said if I needed another size to let her know.  Well I did tell her and then I waited and waited and waited.  I finally left the change room and asked her if she found the size I needed.  She replied no it wasn't there.  I was surprised she wouldn't have came and told me.  I went out to look and there it was in the size I needed.

I went back to try it on and told her the size was there and all she said was "oh really".

    Time to reboot this review.....

Pardon my cursing, but why is this the shittiest H&M in the Lower Mainland when it really should be the best?

It's had this sharp decline over the past few months. I only go to this one out of convenience. Their career clothing section hardly exists, and it's the one I like best. And I am now giving their lighting an official fail.

For specifics, here is how my visit there yesterday went: I had to go to buy a dusty pink cardigan and a standard black and maybe red blouse but failed to purchase I saw in Coquitlam, it was convenient, I suck it up and go. It take me a few minutes to find my cardigan, but in absense of finding my blouse(s) I decide buying accessories to match seems novel. Their displays were messy and a pain in the ass to look through. And they have too much solely featured throughout the retail floor so I had to wander the whole bleeding thing. I'm in a suit and carrying a briefcase, which apparently tags me as a shoplifter since security decides to follow me around a while.

I finally give up on accessories and get in queue. I stand there forever because two employees decide it would be efficient to shut down a till so they can ring one customer up together. At this point I'm annoyed because I couldn't find my blouses, accessories were just annoying, I was being stalked for no reason by some rent-a-cop, my feet hurt and my nose is running and I don't feel good (which for some reason has become their fault at this point).

I finally get to a cashier - and I'll note, even when crabby I always fake nice, and I rare do [and did not yesterday] do the huff and puff hurray you are wasting my time thing. So ah, finally, I'm happy the end is in sight.

I arrive at the register, and nothing. No greeting. No hi. No "Sorry I made you stand there for 10 minutes because helping one customer marginally faster was more important than the 12 people standing in line." Nothing. No joke, the cashier did not speak to me until my credit card was approving. No word of a lie. And then it was only to ask if it was a Starbucks-money Visa card and how it worked.

So gigantic fail, but I got my stupid cardigan that I need for my perfect outfit for the next day.

Except.... their lighting betrayed me. I picked up a dusty mauve, not a dusty pink cardigan. Honestly, I can't be arsed to go through the trouble or returning it. Whatever dusty mauve is okay I guess. It still completed said outfit but will have substantially less wear than the intended cardigan.

I'll just haul my ass out to Coquitlam from now on despite the inconvenience thankyouverymuch.

H&M for staple tops that have ruffles or if you're feeling like being embellished.. tank tops in so many colours that if you need a quick save for an outfit, you're good to go. Tights in the winter and cheap accessories that even if you only wear them once it's worth it. I know my size at H&M, so I usually don't need to try anything on..usually. I like H&M, a lot.

I send my fiance off to the Apple Store and I wage war with all the other people looking for the stuff I want. I love their dresses. I love their socks. I love their sweaters. I bought a bunch of their tube tops (to be honest, I have no business wearing tube tops, but they are so cute!) I love their skirts...

One thing that needs a paragraph all of it's own: the nail polish. I bought the summer nail package and have used all the colours. This stuff is amazing and won't come off my toes till I take it off!

I am soooo annoyed with H&M right now...so..I had to return a jacket I bought..I liked it but it was not something I needed so I thought I could live with out it...I headed down to H&M on my way to work..I gave myself about 30mins to get in and out..plenty of time right? WRONG...not that there were a lot of people in line..it's just that the staff are all completely neglagent and unaware of their surrounds...

There were about 5 people in line and 7 staff behind the counter..but only ONE of them was actually on cash helping people..the other 6 just stood there and chatted about the weekend and what they were doing for the holidays...uggghhhh..if they were my staff they would be sooooooooo fired! Like seriously..your job is to help people ring through their purchase..not rocket science and not hard...I was seconds away from raging when someone else in line spoke up..one of the staff looked up slowly and glared..sauntered over to the registrar and with an annoyed sigh said "next in line"....

I am SO over young punks giving bad service in retail...if you don;t like your job get a new one...but really..retail is not hard..stressful yes..but we're not curing cancer so take the time and just be helpful to people..it's why they pay you.......

It's a really bittersweet thing that Portland doesn't have an H & M. Bitter because I want a place to spend all my money on clothes, and sweet because I don't need another place to spend all my money on clothes.

This location was crowded beyond belief--I had to wait 15 minutes in line to try on clothes--and they've been open at least half a year already. But there's a room dedicated to panties, leggings, and various undergarments that is just so freakin adorable and dangerous.

The whole store is pretty big, the selection when I was there was overwhelminging fun, and there were these cute little polka-dotted umbrellas that I had to have.

I think the best thing about H & M, actually, is that there's not one in Portland. I can see the novelty wearing off pretty quickly, but when I get to shop there once a year, it's pretty flippin fantastic.

I have been to a lot of H&M stores, mostly in the states, a couple in the UK and this one. This store does have a wider variety than most, and it gets the 3rd star for that.

Size selection, however, is MUCH more limited. There is no way that everything (men's and women's)  is that picked over every time I have visited. Add to that the crappy lighting and the amazingly rude staff (do not get me started, I almost lost it on the dressing room attendant today) and you have one big shopping experience fail. I find it odd however, that the kid's section is always well stocked and eerily deserted, there's some good finds in there for smaller women!

The prices are great, the variety of choices good, but I really don't like being made to resent somewhere I normally love.

Despite finding a gorgeously sexy black dress that fits like a glove, I was quite disappointed by H&M.  I'd never visited one before and was looking forward to it like nothing else.  Unfortunately I didn't find it as fantastic as everyone makes it out to be.

Perhaps it had to do with the fact that I was shopping with my mom and I couldn't dig as deep into the clothing as I would have normally...but I just didn't find much of anything here.  Some things fit really awkwardly or didn't fit at all.

I am hoping that I will have an opportunity to really explore H&M now that there are several locations in the Seattle area...and I am hoping that I will come away quite happy with my findings, as opposed to this Vancouver H&M visit.

At least I came away with that hot dress...

I like going here because their stuff is fun, trendy and not too expensive. It's good for some basics. I hate going here because it's cluttered, the line ups are too long and a lot of the stuff is really for someone my daughter's age.

H&M. This place is such a tease. For years, I hoped Vancouver would get one. I moved to Montreal. There was one in Toronto. Almost within my grasp. A visit to NYC. The H&M in SOHO. Not enough time. The chaos, the madness. Move countries. No H&M in Japan. Enter Hong Kong. Only the brave survive. Finally, Vancouver. H&M has arrived. After years of taunting and teasing.

Remember those days? You'd run up to a stranger, inquire about their dress, their top, their what-have-you, only to find out that they're not from Vancouver and their clothes emblazoned with the unattainable H&M script. Not so anymore.

While once highly coveted, its arrival Vancouver has over-saturated my love and I'm spent. Their wares are everywhere and on everyone. What was once special is no longer so. It's a good place to run to if in need of a cheap sweater to throw over a dress when you've underestimated the weather yet again. But is by no means a place to find quality merchandise. . Still cute and fun, the clothes are a bit expendable

It was obviously a fleeting affair.

I first heard of this place from watching What Not to Wear.  But prior to Vancouver, I had never lived near the store.  So I was quite curious to check it out.

There's a street entrance as well as a mall entrance.  And upstairs and a downstairs.  Dressing rooms up and down- and always with a line.

Prices: The jeans downstairs tend to run about $50-60.  But when you go upstairs they seem to be as low as $28.  I don't know if this is marketing or what, but it gave me a bad impression of their prices at first.  I like that they have some variety in pricing.

There's a lot of shirts and sweaters here that are nice.  I've bought two shirts here and have no complaints.  But H&M has somehow earned a reputation for shoddy work.  I don't have any experience with that, but my sister won't even try anything on here- because she says she'll never buy a thing here.  I think that's over-reacting.  What I have is nice and has lasted fine so far.  And if it doesn't, then I'll submit a new review!

This H&M is the downtown Vancouver location in the Pacific Centre mall which is an interesting place in that most of it is underground. There are two floors, one is street level while the lower level is underground. Compared to the Seattle locations, I thought this location had a better selection and was on par of that in San Francisco. The Southcenter Mall location in Tukwila, WA is decent, but I thought the pricing and choice here was better.

The issue that I had here is with the long waiting lines to try out clothes. Rather than wait, I just put whatever clothes that I could on and see how they fit by an outside mirror. Based on the great deals at H&M, I thought this should was fine. Also, I knew from previous experience that sizes ran a size small so it was more about the look than the fit.

All in all, outside of the issue with the changing rooms, I would say that H&M offers fashionable clothes at great prices. This location is preferred however for their selection.

Pros: It`s convenient. Located smack downtown makes it an easy option for picking up the basics. Occasionally I`ll find a great piece for a decent price.

Cons: It`s located smack downtown, so there are always way too many people. WAY too many people. You`ll find businesswomen, tourists, students, and grandmas. I`ve been in at all times of day and there always seems to be too-long lineups at the cash and for change rooms.

Sometimes I cheat and try on clothes and pay in the kids section. If I have the time, I`d go to the Coquitlam location instead.

This is a great place to go for trendy items that you don't plan on keeping for too long. Let's face it: it's not a place for those of the shopping school of thought "fewer items at a higher quality." Stuff here is on the cheap and trendy side of things. Often for the quality you get, I wish it was cheaper.

The new downtown location always has the latest styles, but not the best sale deals. It's really busy and you can expect to wait for changing rooms. A secret? OK, I'll tell. Try the changing rooms on the second level in the kids section. There might be a line, but it'll be shorter for sure.

That first week of H&M being open in Vancouver was crazy. At the time I worked right across the street and our office (well, not the bosses; more a people-rule kind of thing) sent people over in groups of three: safety in numbers.

Packed aisles, retail madness, people trying things on in the midst of it all.

That frenzy has since evened out into a reasonable appreciation for H&M. I found a couple of cute items on my first visit and talked myself out of purchasing all but one. I like the patterns, the color, but often find the fit is lacking. In looking at the pieces, the more seams something has the more it costs. All the cheap pieces have minimal sewing. That all seems a little too formulaic to me.

Overall this H&M is okay; there is something here for everyone but man, it would be impossible for it to actually have lived up to the initial maniacal hype the store was getting.

H&M is the mecca of fashion for most trendsetters! They have everything that's hot at prices that won't break the bank. The accessories section at this location is not as big as others, but it still doesn't disappoint. Their massive selection of scarves and purses, bangles and earrings really is a haven for accessory junkies like myself!

The kids section here is also really large I found. And sometimes I even buy myself clothes from the kids section (it's not my fault that I'm the same size for hoodies as a 12 year old girl!). The baby clothes are absolutely adorable and great for the fashionable mom who wants to keep her baby in style as well!

I personally love H&M. As much as I do agree, the line ups are sometimes ridiculous, the amounts of people is overwhelming, occasionally it's absolutely unshoppable because of the mess.

But realize this. Everyone that just posted any of the points above failed to realize YOU are part of the problem. The wait of the changing room is determined by the amount of people that wants to try on things, the time they're taking trying on a piece of clothing, and the amount of clothing each person is taking in with them. This is sometimes not the fault of the store/staff. This point also extends to the shoppability and business of the store. If people don't want to shop there, they wouldn't go in at all. So just like you, everyone is in there, trying to buy something cute. Therefore, all the sizes are gone. Don't complain when there are thousands of other people just like you, who want the same things you do, and just simply crowd in at the same time.

Now, the length it takes to take customer service sometimes. Well, at a store that big, please sympathize with the staff that they might not know where each garment is placed. Not everyone works there 40 hours a week, nor do they live in the store behind the staff only sign. When a person gets asked hundreds of questions a day, along with the immense amounts of people they have to climb over to get to somewhere, just be happy that they are there to serve you at all. I probably wouldn't be able to handle that amount of stress all day everyday.  The amount of mess they have is generated by the amount of customers they have, which means you're part of their problem. So if they're not happy because they have to deal with thousands of garments per day, and button every single one of the buttons on a cardigan up because you refused to do so and you think they're slow, think again.

They do have good prices and great deals. I do love that they have guest designers, and they have clothes made, yes, in countries outside of North America, but they do pay all their staff, in their power, the same wage they would here. So ethically, a plus. I personally love shopping here, love their clothes, love their style. Put this all aside, it's a supply and demand chain. If it weren't for you, they wouldn't be making money. But also if it weren't for you, they wouldn't have immense amounts of mess and less sizes and long lineups.

Not worth the wait.  Super busy ALL THE TIME!  I can't decide if there's too much staff(they are ALWAYS in your way) or not enough(you wait at least 20mins to get a change room and you better hope you dont need a different size, that can take ages).  Unless you're looking for cheap accessories or you have an unlimited amount of time, don't bother shopping here.  My guilty pleasure is their jewelery, you don't have to fight too far into the store to get to this section, its right at the front.
