This H&M stopped carrying the DIVIDED line a few years ago...
It's mostly basics and office clothes for women. However, this location has a lot of H&M's higher end stuff. The cat-walk kind of style... -

Out of the four H&Ms I went to in a weekend, this was one was where I found the best finds and at least some semblance of customer service.
Plus, the location is convenient.Listed in: Clothes, Queen West

My friend bought me a sweater. The design is pretty nice and I look good in it. But the material is terrible... It isn't really pleasant to touch. Looks a bit like a rat fur. It might be. Because the quality is terrible as well. Button fell off. And there are 2 holes already. Here's the best part - I've worn it only 3 times, and I was careful with it. Avoid their clothes like plague.

In standard H&M fashion the departments are on different floors. However, there aren't any signs (or none that were obvious) to tell you what is on what floor. So if you're like me and took the escalator up because that's the first one you run into, then you'll find yourself staring at women's accessories instead of men's clothing.
I've never had any staff approach me or greet me, but again this is typical H&M fashion, They just seem to focus on getting people through the fitting rooms and the cash. I hunted a staff member down once to ask if they had another size of something. Apparently they just have what's on the floor and that's it so you have to go through another store or wait for another shipment if there's something you really want. -

I don't know if it's because I haven't stepped into a H&M for 3 months or if they just carry different merchandise here, but there were So many things i wanted to buy here, compared with the stores in SF!
I really had to control myself!
Will be back here when i'm dressed to shop! -

Yelp keeps telling me to write reviews because I'm the duke!!
This H&M is near my work. It's not my favourite one (Dufferin Mall is best!) but it's a good place to peruse when I'm on my lunch hour. They have 2 floors here but it's nowhere as big as crazy as the Eaton Centre location.
The staff are all young, pretentious gay men, but I think that's pretty standard for H&M. They are not particularly helpful.
The queues for the change rooms are always bad if I go any time between 12-2pm on weekdays, as there are lots of other lunch time shoppers, but the waits are not too long. Far more doable than the Eaton Centre though. -

I know it's a chain and therefore shouldn't be included, but the H & M on Bloor at Yonge is the only one that stocks any of the stuff in the popular sizes (aka anything under a size 10). If you're a 4 like me, you know what a bitch it is to find the item you like in such a popular size. There are several theories I've entertained as to why the Bloor St. location is the only one worth shopping at and it comes down to two explanations: 1. There isn't the same kind of high volume, suburban trafic like say the one in the Eaton Centre. 2. Most of the people who can afford to shop up on Bloor in this neighborhood, don't need to buy the cheap knock of version; they can afford the real deal.
And that means more for me! -

Not all chain stores are made alike and this location proves it. I can leisurely shop and try on clothes without feeling overheated or squirrely. It's organized, clean, bright & airy. It isn't super packed like the Eaton Centre location. It's well stocked and doesn't drive me crazy with too much 'stuff'. Now if only they can fix the Eaton Centre :S
