I has to go back to H&M to exchange an item today because it didn't fit the recipient.
The transaction was swift and painless. Not too many questions, the staff just asked why, accepted my answer and processed the exchange. Asked me if I needed a bag and was out the door. Nothing extraordinary or a smile at me, but that's OK. I like to be in and out of the mall as soon as I can most days. Efficient. I like. -

H&M is from the land of Ikea. Sweden. The Metrotown location is their newest location for the Greater Vancouver area. Their clothes remind me of Ikea furniture. Budget prices for products that usually don't last in the long run. Since their clothing is quite trendy, they usually go out of style within one season, so most people don't really care about the quality of the fabrics and stitching.
