    As a first time home buyer, there are plenty of things to worry about, and whether or not you have a competent and professional real estate agent shouldn't be one of them. Davis Sala at GMAC eases your mind.

    The first thing he told us, and what really stuck, is "I can't sell you a house you don't love." He talked to us to see what our priorities were, got a price range, and then came up with a list of homes to start our search. He could tell at the viewings which houses we didn't like and moved on. He really wasn't there to pressure us into buying something we didn't want. And when we did find the house we liked, he asked us one simple question to help us make up our mind: If we walked away from the house today and it was sold tomorrow, would we be disappointed? When we answered yes, we started the home buying process.

    Davis made it painless. He explained all the paperwork to us, gave us recommendations for lawyers and inspectors, and reassured us that it was perfectly normal to be scared. He made the process so simple and painless that when we signed the last paperwork, we actually said "That's it? Well that was easy."

    Davis is a big man with a big heart. He's professional, warm, and makes you feel like your search for your dream home is his top priority. If we ever sell and buy again, I know who I will be calling.

    This summer when I was purchasing a home, a good friend recommended that I contact Real Estate Broker, Davis Sala, with GMAC Real Estate. I decided to give him a try. With real estate, like with any sales, you should always be very careful who you work with. I met with Davis with a skeptic mind and low expectations as I suspected he would try to pressure me into looking at higher priced homes and in making a purchasing decision before I was ready. I am happy to report, that he proved me wrong. Davis proved to be very trustworthy and genuinely interested in our concerns. He made himself extremely accessible to us and spoke to us in a very clear and understandable language.  We were so pleased with our experience with him that we used GMAC's service for a mortgage broker, and thus far have been very pleased with their services. I have nothing negative to say about GMAC and recommend any first-time home buyers to consider doing business with them.
