Great place to book out for a party! I was invited as the token Asian to a goodbye party *peace sign* for a semi-pro-famous East Indian drum player and it was bloody awesome. (Please keep in mind that this review is being written after I had a sinful amount of fun last night and I can barely put together a sentence.)
A once cafe of the driving range it's connected to, Grid has transformed into a contemporary lounge with a spacey dance floor, single bar and just enough room for the DJ. Although it's definitely in a random location and I would never eat there, I give them two thumbs up for a good sound system and allowing private parties.
Note: They don't have coat check (so leave your stuff in the car) and their drinks aren't cheap but they're not expensive ($7 for a highball).
