Boy, times have changed! There has been a MAJOR change at this clinic - new staff, new decor, new equipment - and a BUNCH of up selling. Have been once this year and I'm not sure how I feel about being told I need to come in twice a year and xrays every year - even if it is "radiation free".
Going to talk with family and friends I have referred in the past to get their take on check back here for a follow up review soon...
Business hours have now also changed to Mon-Tues 8am-5pm, Wed 11-7pm, Thurs 8am-5pm - if you are making a cancellation, they require 2 full days notice or charges may apply.

I have been going to this office for years and have referred several friends and family to the clinic.
Friendly service. They always remember my name.
No hard "up sells". The second year I had gone there, I asked about whitening my teeth. The dentist gave me the full explanation of what the procedure was and then told me they would not do it. My "teeth were natural white enough already...if any dentist tries to tell you that you need this, they are just taking your money" and I wouldn't see much of a difference anyways. Talk about honest!
