Just fantastic all-around; Dr. Munn clearly cares deeply for his clientele and their owners. His expertise in rodents a real rarity in this city and we're going to continue to visit him and his friendly staff whenever our rats aren't feeling so hot.

I'd absolutely recommend Greenwood Park Animal Hospital.
The vets and their staff are all extremely warm, personable and clearly care about the well-being of your pets. We've seen Dr. Hammond and Dr. Munn - great experiences with both.
When our little pup was neutered, I was really impressed with the staff. After we took him home, they called me to check in on how our dog was doing. When I called in to ask questions, they were happy to answer my questions without having to come down for a visit.
Our dog loves going there, which says it all really (although it probably has something to do with the liver treats!)Listed in: Worth the trip to the east end

Dr. Sam Munn is the heart of this operation. We brought our cat into see him, as he was coughing up blood and we found out that he has lung cancer. he was and continues to be very loving towards our cat, very patient with us and all of our questions/concerns and very proactive in his care and attention. for example, he phoned us a number of times personally, to either give us updates on our cat's medical tests and diagnosis or to just ask how he was responding to the medication. when we bring him in he has always taken a strong interest in his health and celebrated when he seems to have taken to his medication well.
the staff/reception is also very warm and you should feel very at home and safe under the care of Dr. Munn.Listed in: My Neighborhood-Leslieville

I couldn't ask more of a vet or vet clinic. Dr. Munn and staff are among the most attentive, considerate, and responsible animal care professionals I've come across.
They looked after my cat who was in a life-threatening state, pointing out symptoms, but also checking with me about what was 'normal' behavior for this particular pet. Dr. Munn was very clear about the possible causes and treatment outcomes, and they were sensitive to both health and financial issues, which is always a delicate matter. Dr.Munn was even sensitive to what level of knowledge I was starting with and was interested in learning, so that I would feel that my questions were answered.
They did follow-up calls, discovered a trick for me to get my cat to take his meds easily, both showing their dedication to their practice.
Their prices were discussed upfront and were very reasonable. Just the place I was looking for. *Also known for their rabbit care -

Is there a female veterinarian at this clinic? I thought there was just a male - Dr. Sam Munn?

Dr. Sam Munn is a veterinarian. She loves and respects animals and works hard to keep her skills for healing up to the minute. As a life long pet owner I have switched vets over the years when they were mean, mentioned money first, worshipped technology at the expense of skill and thinking, or in one case horrendously misdiagnosed a fatal condition. How could it be so hard to find a caring skilled healer for my cats? Then I was referred to Dr. Sam. The first time he saw my new kitten he cuddled and kissed her. Imagine an animal loving vet! He listens to my thoughts and makes me part of the healing process. I trust him completely.
