Greenwin, and I think under new Management GreenRock, has looked after these buildings for a long time (3 to be exact for this downtown location) and they do a good job running the complex. This is a rental building and they have a very eclectic group of renters: long term renters (20+ years, students, and all those inbetweeners).
The buildings have been around from the 60's and all though they are not like the fancy new glass buildings, it's a pretty decent rental property.
Granted there is not gym, pool, concierge, or any fancy thing like that, it's right downtown, and in a really good neighbourhood.
My favourite thing about this area is you have some of the best local shops. Cumbrae's a very delicious meat store, About Cheese - self explanatory (amazing), great vegetable place, and just incase, you cannot make their open till 8 pm hours, there are three 24 hour places nearby.
I've lived here for over 6 years, and it's the area that makes it great, the community driven resident association, whom i can only assume has my best interests in mind as they deal with management, and the management who is approachable and helpful.
