I've been going to this salon off and on for years, After Bobbi left in 07 my visits were a little less frequent admittedly.
Well today I have a whole new reason to return, and it comes in the form of Dale. Totally not what I was expecting given his appearance at first (this will teach me not to judge a book by its cover). Pleasant, polite, and makes sure he double/triple checks on what you want done.
I came in to have my grown out pixie cut FINALLY evened out, and he did an excellent job at evening out the bottom and trimming up the layers. He's meticulous with his work, and didn't touch a razor to my mane the entire cut (but did shave off some of my pet peeve.. neck hair). My hair feels lighter, and looks amazing.
More than I'd theoretically like to spend as a broke student, but considering it was a shampoo, cut, blowdry/style I feel like it's worth the expense.
Honestly, give him a shot - he's got some serious skill. -

I have gone to this salon a couple times and I've always had great results.
This time when I went they had a new apprentice, Minh (pronounced "ming"), working. It was his first day! He was very sweet and quiet, you could tell he was a bit nervous.
He washed my hair and gave me a scalp massage, it was wonderful!
He took his time cutting and styling my hair and was very detailed with getting it exactly right, which I totally appreciated.
I left with my hair looking and smelling great! The ladies at the front helped me pick out some product to keep my hair looking shiny and smooth, they were very helpful.
I will definatley be going back there to see how Minh new career is going!
