Came for my second haircut with them just the other day. Ana wasn't there so I saw Leann and she did a great job! I didn't make an appointment but waited less than 5 minutes to be seen.
She was friendly and easy to laugh and talk to. The haircut was perfect! She gave me advice on how thick to cut my fringe bang and her advice was spot on. She made sure to take each layer at a time to thin it out and made sure my bangs were the best length!
I was looking for a texturizing spray to make the layers show and she helped me find the best product for my hair.

I've been coming here for a number of years as it's very close to where the last 2 places I've lived.
I've been increasingly frustrated with this Great Clips recently. There must be a new franchise owner as the staff that has been working there when I've come in has been different every time. I've received very inconsistent levels of service recently (usually, poor).
Last haircut I felt like my head was a potato being peeled by the clippers. It took her maybe 5 minutes for her to cut my hair and she was sighing the whole way through.
Another time I had gone here twice within about 5 weeks to the same stylist. Both times I went through the same exact script of robotic uncomfortable personal questions, wishing I was somewhere else.
I will probably be somewhere else now.
