Review from Melissa C.

I came here thinking I'd get the check-in offer of 1 free medium pizza but it didn't say you had to buy 2XL pizzas first (I knew it was too good to be true). This was the first time the owner saw this check-in offer and was super nice about it. With a smile, he offered a medium 2 topping pizza for $10 (originally ~$16) due to the mix up of the check-in deal. So nice and the pizza was cooked on the spot and delicious! Crust was crisp, thin, not too oily, and it seemed there were herbs rolled into the dough. The toppings and cheese were fresh and plentiful.
All I can say is this is where you'll meet a wonderful owner and fabulous pizzas! I'm definitely coming back.
Note: One day old pizza is sold: 3 slices for $3!Comment from Purple T. of Grass Roots Pizza 3/24/2011

Review from Anya W.
Unfortunately we weren't impressed. The slices we tried had a certain flavor that reminded us of bad frozen pizza. The ingredients just weren't fresh. We ended up going next store to Avalanche, where while the slices weren't as big, the slices had more flavor and fresher ingredients.
