Parking is a hassle here - particularly on a weekend. I camped out and just followed someone that was carrying a ton of groceries to their car and stared at them while they were slowly arranging everything "just right" and tucking their children into car seats, etc. I kept telling myself, "Stay calm young grasshopper. You shall be rewarded." Have you ever seen someone take 7 minutes from opening their car to getting out of "your" spot? New world record I think.
This little Chinese mini market is tucked away in the corner of the same parking lot as Tsim Chai and contains a very wide variety of fresh produce. The produce was all extremely fresh, and based upon the crowds they have high turnover. They also have a limited selection of packaged products and the prices seemed very reasonable compared to some of the larger Asian markets like T&T, Osaka Market, China World, etc.
Wouldn't make a special trip here - but it is convenient to pick up some items after chowing down at Tsim Chai.Listed in: Vancouver Chinese Food
