Is their a better place to go during the NFL season on a Monday night??? Maybe this will convince you: 1) buy a drink and get a pound of wings for only a dollar! 2) this deal applies to alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for the designated driver 3) LOTS of screens to watch the game, 4) each drink/wing purchase gets you a ticket for the NFL team jersey raffle - and they raffle off many jerseys! The only down side is the scantily clad, shapely and hot serving girls. As a married man, I was outraged.

My girlfriend and I went to Gracies West for dinner, drinks, and dancing. A fairly large group of friends and I met up here for a sort of reunion get-together. When we arrived, a few of our friends were already seated at the largest booth in the corner of the pub.

Once we got seated, I ordered the Irish Beef Stew. It was only $10 but it was so incredibly filling that I didn't even finish it and even ended up offering the rest of it to my friends. If I had known it was this heavy, I probably would've just shared it with my girlfriend. Gracies has a bit of a weird menu - you would expect that they would offer completely Irish fare, but they have some dishes that have Asian, Greek, Cajun, and other international influences. Because of this, I was a bit wary of the quality of their Irish food. The beef stew was actually a lot better than I thought it would be. The beef was tender, the gravy-type sauce was thick and flavourful, and the potatoes and vegetables were cooked just right.

Since we were such a large group, we ordered a lot of pitchers of a lot of different brands of beer, so I just honestly couldn't tell you what they were. All I know is that they were poured well, weren't watered down or anything, and they were incredibly cheap. The waitress was fantastic at serving us as well. She was fast, efficient, and very nice.

When it hit 10 o'clock, a bouncer came around all the tables to check IDs, which is good in ensuring that there were no underage drinkers. The DJ came on, playing Top 40 but also a lot of rock, and everyone moved to the dancefloor. Barshots also came around taking pictures for the website. It was a great time! It's just too bad that its location is a little out of the way, otherwise I'd be there more often.

So I went here on a Monday for their wings night. Their wings are not the biggest and best you have ever had but they are pretty good although a bit small. They have increased the prices to 20 cents each and the 2 for 1 aps is not available anymore. On a positive note, I tried their fried pickles and I didn't think I'd like them but they were good! I am still gonna stick around this comfy watering hole.
