Almost hidden in the back of the CIBC Building, you'll find Gourmet by Day at the Granville Street entrance. You'll enjoy the warm, smiling service almost as much as the food.
Their panini sandwiches are fantastic, but my favourite is the chicken quesadilla with nacho chips & salsa. Also - ask for veggie options, and the sandwich of the week. -

Tucked away, Gourmet By Day is a new and exciting experience for me. Descriptive depths could not depict the appropriate amount yumminess this spot's paninis the right amount of justice--- they are incredible.
Friendly service and cute sights on the inside, I know immediately this is a spot I can warm to. Pastry delights, sammis, and the ever so lovely panini are fresh and an instant hit. I'm sold on this spot.
