Fantastic Karaoke lounge on the K-Town Bloor strip.
Great selection of English and Korean songs, clean ventilated rooms, the staff is friendly and attentive and the selection of Korean snacks and drinks makes this venue probably the best karaoke bar in town.
For me, the secret to a good Karaoke place is how clean it is, how modern the equipment is and how the room actually look - our room had lights and lasers and all sorts of entertaining features which added to the fun of singing along to the latest hits.
I've been here twice and will be going back again soon (good for me, not so good for those who have to listen to me). -

They have most of famous songs here. Many classics from the past, and enough trendy mainstream songs. They even have a couple of songs by The Used. But some essential songs are missing. Like Katy Perry's E.T.
All the electronics are in Korean. So you will have to go there with a Korean friend. $20 for 1 hour of singing. But they frequently give you bonus time of 10-15 minutes. Sometimes 30 minutes. They sell alcohols (beers and Soju). The place is clean. Really clean.
If you are stressed with school work, go to a karaoke and sing your heart out! Then get back to the library and prepare for that test you are about to write in 5 hours. -

This is a great Karaoke bar. We have been visiting XOXO across the street for many years but decided to give Gorhe Gorhe a try and loved the swtich. The English music selection is very good and even more vast for Korean songs. The rooms are clean and the machines are fairly easy to use (just ask for help to figure them out).
They also offer a selection of Korean snacks and treats including dehydrated squid and fish. Also serves alcohol.
From what I remember this place is also cheaper than XOXO.
Come to sing and stay a while, you will not regret it. Even with my horrible singing voice, the machines made me feel good because all scores are over 90%. Very motivating.
