    I come here daily.

Love, love, love, love the classes, especially RPM.

You'll find an RPM class in the AM or PM, whatever your style.

Still a 5 star in my books.

This is the usual GoodLife I go to. The layout of the equipment/gym is nicely done. There is always a machine available, no matter what time you go to. The machines are fairly modern, and I have no complaints.

In regards to the staff, I am indifferent towards them. They get the job done and it's a pleasant atmosphere. I do wonder if they would go the extra mile and be friendly if I paid for a trainer session, hmm?

The change room is amenable.  I have been fortunate enough to always find a locker.  The bathrooms are clean, but I have never used the shower or sauna facilities.

All in all, no complaints - everything is pleasant and in working conditions.

This location is deceptively nice. From the outside it just looks like an ugly concrete building, but inside, it gets solid marks. The gym is fairly large and all of the machines are kept in good condition and fairly new. Everything feel pretty clean.

The staff are very friendly and they play great work out music over the speakers (most of the other gyms don't).

If you use the underground parking lot don't forget to bring your parking ticket up to the gym because they will validate it for two hours of free parking.

The fitness teachers here are excellent compared to other locations around the city. In particular they have one of the best 'Body Pump' fitness instructors in Canada (she was chosen as the Canadian representative to go to New Zealand to shoot the training videos), though she's on maternity leave right now.

A couple things that keep this place from getting a 5 star rating are the low ceilings and the change rooms which are a little crowded with average sized lockers.

I have been member at this gym for about two months now.
i like all the staff here, but i never talk to them all that much so i don't really know how good they are in terms of training and knowledge, but all and all they seem pleasant and polite.

no problem yet and happy everytime i go there.
free parking doesn't hurt either. i love it..

I have been a client at GoodLife Fitness for a while. The best club in the chain is at the UNION STATION. It is spacious and very clean. Staff is always polite and very friendly. Those girls and guys at the reception always smile and wish you to have a good workout. Members demonstrate adequate behaviour.
Unfortunately I changed my location and the closest club in the chain is Davisville club. It was recommended to me as a new spacious club. Well, it might be new but it is so darn BUSY and dirty all the time. There is sand on the floor: whenever you use a fitness ball exercising it is almost like you just had an exercise on a sandy beach. In a stretching area club members pass you by in such a small proximity that there is a feeling you are about to stepped on. This is disgusting.

Cannot find good words about Davisville club management either. I accidently left a heart monitor transmitter in the change room. No one returned it to the reception desk. Being upset about my loss I contacted the club GM Rebecca to help me establish a dialog with the club members in a form of an informal ad. - a printed paper about my loss with my contact info. Rebecca sounded negative and confrontational suggesting that it is club policy not to allow ads. Well, after contacting GM I feel even more negative about the club and its members. I was just left with my problem paying around 100CAD for my membership so that some Rebecca's can enjoy it.
In short: Good Life Davisville club and its management both SUCK big time.
