Being a new member of Nubodys it was a shock to find out that Goodlife purchased them. But it is a benefit to all members as we are able to now go to these locations as well.
Being an all woman's gym it is great to be able to go and do your thing freely. Yes, I know that Nubodys does have women's facilities as well but I really like this location. Alot of equipment is available as well as two circuits to use. Large exercise room that you can go to for many different classes, Body pump, Yoga to name a few. Babaysitting on site for those who have small kids.
Sauna is available as well in the change rooms along with some great showers. I also like the fact that when you leave you can pick up something from the superstore on the way home.
