Review from Pheng P.
Comox, BC
There are two locations in St. Thomas for Goodlife Fitness Clubs. This is by far the best one due to the spacing of the 24 hours club.
PROS:
- 24hrs gym (Only Monday to Thursday)
- Newer equipment
- Big gym (Open space)
- Great Customer Service
- Access to all cardio and strength-training equipment
- Access to all of our world-class Group Exercise classes
- Clean bathroom/washroom
- Personal Training Consult
- Daycare room for children
- Tanning beds
- Dry steam saunas
CONS:
- No swinging pools or hot tub
- The man shower is not the greatest than the women because the women have personal shower
- Not totally 24hrs because the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is regular hours.
- When it rain, it pours due to small pot holes at the roof.
OVERALLS:
I am a fan...I would give it four and a half instead of five stars because it is 24 hours gym. If you are working on a shift work. It is a great place after work or before work to work out the stress in your life. The best overall in St. Thomas and better then most of the London gym because of it is the only 24hrs fitness for Good life in St. Thomas and London.

History
Established in 1979
Just two weeks into his first year at the University of Western Ontario, David Patchell-Evans' life was changed in an instant. A motorcycle accident left the 20 year-old with broken bones, torn muscles and a severe shoulder injury.
The next 8 months were spent in rehab where he became a little obsessed with how people get stronger and get fit - fast. Determined to return to full physical fitness, he took up rowing, later becoming a member of the 1980 Olympic team. At school he switched from business studies to physical education, graduating with honours.
Patchell-Evans saw a big opportunity to share what he had learned about the power of fitness to transform a life. He purchased the small London club he worked out in, and GoodLife came to life in London, Ontario.
Through the past 30 years, GoodLife Fitness has evolved to become the leader in fitness and wellness across Canada. GoodLife is now the largest fitness company in Canada and the fifth largest in the world.
