    I am a fan. It is not as big or fancy like 24 hour Fitness or LA Fitness but still works really well.

    For one, they have really good classes. It is pretty big and was never over crowded. The folks who work here are cool. They have a sauna. The machines seem a little old but it is not a big deal. They give out free DVDs which is a neat. Also saw a sign that said they are among the best corporate cultures in Canada and that 1 in every 25 (I think) people in Canada is a member! I guess they love Goodlife in Canada. So do I though I was just visiting from the USA and got to use them for a couple of weeks.
