This gym isn't any different compared to other commercial gyms in the Mississauga area. It's located in Square One which makes it convenient for you to do some shopping before or after your workout. The downside about it being situated in the mall is that it can be difficult to find parking, especially during the holiday season.

When I was at Goodlife, I went during the afternoon so it wasn't busy. Since I didn't go in the evenings, I wouldn't be able to tell you how busy it is then but I'm pretty sure it's busy.

The change room really needs to be renovated because it looks pretty old. Even the YMCA change room looks newer and it's been around for a long time. The carpeting either needs to be replaced or changed to hardwood because it makes the facility look aged.

There are plenty of cardio machines to choose from. The free-weights section is a bit small and cramped. There aren't a lot of resistance machines to work with but you can hit all the major muscle groups with what they offer. They have set up their resistance machines in a way that you can work all the muscle groups. If you would like to exercise away from the crowd, you can always head upstairs and workout there.

Did I end up staying here even though the membership rate is lower than the Y? Nope. If you're looking for a typical gym that is shopping friendly, this is a place where you can look into.
