I love that Goodlife offers women's only locations, and I'm lucky to have this one directly across from where I work. The gym is nice and seems relatively new, and they recently added a bunch of new machines. This club offers a lot of the cardio machines I really like, so it's perfect for my needs.

This Nubody's, one of two in Clayton Park, is a women's only facility and is one of the newer Nubody clubs.
On the plus side, the gym is modernly designed and is very clean, and is a nice looking place to work out in. On the downside, in comparison to some of the other gyms, this gym is overly crowded with equipment and people, and could greatly benefit from an expansion. The gym tends to get uncomfortably warm during busy times especially the upstairs yoga studio. Also, the gym does not offer all of the same equipment as some other Nubody's - for example their is no stand up calf-machine and only one set of 20 lbs hand-weights.
Overall, a nice club, but for practicality reasons I would choose to do my workout at another Nubody's. -

Nubody's in Clayton Park is an all women gym facility. I've been a member for a few months now, and am having great success. I've had an opportunity to work closely with a personal trainer by the name of Lisa Tilley and wouldn't trade her for the world!
Lisa is motivating, educated, patient and understanding. She helps me with my work out and also gives me great advice for my diet. When I first met with Lisa, she asked me a number of questions to ensure she understood my fitness needs and goals. She truly did listen to what I struggled with and has since motivated me enough to stick with an exercise program!
Nubody's is a little more expensive than a few other gyms, but it's well worth the money. I pay biweekly which helps me with my budgeting and I get to pay through payroll deductions. I actually receive a corporate discount.
Being a member of an all-womens gym seems to be less intimidating and I really enjoy it!
