    This is a nice little gallery tucked in Parkdale. It might be hard to locate the first time you arrive because it's at the back of the building, so technically the entrance is on Noble Avenue. It's a little steep getting down to the entrance so watch your step, especially if there's any ice kicking around.

    I came here for a private event last night and the woman who greeted me at the door was extremely nice. She welcomed me to their newly-opened space, pointed me to the bar and mentioned a coat check up the stairs. It's definitely a great way to first step into a room crammed full of art lovers. The space is not terribly large, but on this occasion the building was beyond capacity so things probably felt more tight than usual.

    The solo exhibition I attended was for one of my favourite Toronto artists (Eugene Paunil) so automatically I like Goodfellas' taste in curating. I also like that they are away from the traffic on Queen Street. Will definitely keep an eye on this new gallery for upcoming shows.
