This is a fabulous little health food and vitamin store. They have one of the best selections of gluten-free food under one roof, which helps us celiacs save money on gas...as we are usually driving all over trying to find a half decent selection of food.
The staff, particualrly the owner, are quite knowledgeable and friendly. Once a year in December they have a party where they invite their loyal customers to come in and try new products and dishes the staff have made up. Its a nice 'community' of customers and its so easy to strike up conversations with people in the store and talk about gluten-free/wheat free issues. The owner is also great at bringing in gluten free products that they might not otherwise carry...you just have to be willing to buy a whole box of it.
I highly recommend this place if you are a newly diagnosed celiac and do not know where to begin your search for food...the prices are pretty good and a heck of a lot cheaper than Whole Foods or Choices. If you are a Panne Rizo or Quejos fan...they carry a slection of those prodcuts as well. So no need to drive into Kits or Main St. to fix your craving.Listed in: Top Places For Gluten Free…

Nice little health food and nutritional supplements shop with helpful employees. They do indeed have a lot of non allergenic food items, including some alternative baking flours and mixes.
