Fantastic pain levain! Absolutely the best sourdough available in KW.
Other breads are good, too (e.g., epi, focaccia).
Far better than any bread available across the street in the Kitchener market, or Grainharvest on Eby St.
Plus, they're committed to sourcing local, organic flours.
I find the dessert items are a bit lacklustre. The oat squares are adequate, as are the croissants. The cookies tend to disappoint (though I know lots of people like them).
They also have a small selection of other local goods available, like popping corn and jams.
A nice little family bakery worth patronizing.
