It was the 55 minute full body massage today for the very low price of $42. all in. Wow. I just jumped on the cot and let Tracy go to work.
She found all of the tight spots; the nubby knots and muscle whorls which inhibit total happiness. I've done drop in foot and hand reflexology here before and love how my wrists loosen up, ready to attack the keyboard again.
I will make an appointment next time - GFF has been so gracious with fitting me in on the spot; today I promised I would reform!
While I still use an RMT for very specific treatments, GFF offers that lovely bit of complementary help- massage is good for the body and soul and we don't need to "medicalize" it.
I love the decor; lace curtains and a minimalist room. The staff are gracious and I always feel much better after being here. Plus, I'm tired of paying five times as much in a downtown "spa."
Located on West Broadway, just west of Canada Line and a block from the 99 BLine stop. A ten minute transit ride from the downtown hotels. -

Checked out the foot reflexology after reading the reviews posted here and I was not disappointed. Painful in the best way possible!
I also think there may be something to this, as the sorest points on my feet seemed to correspond correctly to my problem areas. -

I was introduced to this place by one of my guy friends and he treated me to a reflexology here. The strangest thing happened when we went in for our reflexology appointment. Even before we started our reflexology, we HAD to pay up first. This is the only place I know that ask for money up front before preforming a service for their guests.
We were brought into a room that had 4 comfy solo couches with a tv to watch. The room is at the front of the store, so you can hear all the customers walking in and out , as well as everything else that is happening outside on the streets. Sounds relaxing doesn't it? Our reflexology started off with our feet soaked in warm water for 5 minutes. I think they added this step to help get rid of people's toe jams and the stinky feet smell. Who knows? After the soak, they dried and lotioned up our feet for the massage. OMG, the massage was painful, but bearable. I found out something new about myself that day, painful pressure makes me giggle. So everyone that was in the same room as me heard me "Heheheing" as the lady kept massaging my feet. Embarrassing! Anyways, the lady was super friendly and informative. She made me feel comfortable and asked if the pressure she was using was alright. After the massage, I felt like I was walking on air and my sore feet felt so much better. $37 for an one hour reflexology is definitely worth it! -

I love Golden Feet. They are very professional and great at what they do. If you've never tried reflexology before this is a great place to give it a go. Their prices are also very fair. My favourite for a foot massage is Lucky! He does a great deep massage, which sometimes hurts a bit, but just grin and bare it and you'll be glad you did.
They are open late too which is convenient. I recommend making an appointment if you can because sometimes they do get really busy, but I've also not really had any long waits just walking in. -

Awesome place. Excellent massages at incredible prices. Don't go there if you're looking for one of those relaxation massages that put you to sleep. This is more in the school of "no pain no gain" massages, but you won't regret it! My wife and I go there regularly and it's always great.

Amazing place. Pretty spartan, but the massages are amazing. If you need a knot worked out, it will be gone by the time you leave. I have had great service from Peter and Lucky, and they will give a deep massage that might hurt a bit during the session, but you walk out with no aches. It's cheap, professional and great hours.

I've been going to this place since they first opened as I met Cynthia, the owner when she used to work at another place. Unfortunately, Cynthia doesn't do massages anymore as she was totally awesome and one of the best I've ever had. Nowadays, my wife and I always choose Caroline and Kelly. I've tried others but have always gone back to these two as I find the best work out the knots. This place is open late and is cheap. What else can you ask for?

I have gone to Golden Feet Relexology 4 times so far and each experience has been wonderful. I got the hour-long full body massage, which was great! Then after that, I have gotten the combo of massage and acupuncture. Eric, the acupuncturist, does not speak English very well, but he definitely knows what he is doing. He hardly says a word, but he reads my pulse, looks and my tongue, gives me my treatment and makes me feel better every time. The first time I went, I had a lump in my throat that was there for 5 days. After my treatment, it was gone in a day. Then when I went more recently, I was having serious nicotine withdrawals from trying to quit smoking. The treatment made me feel so much more relaxed and ready to fight to the no-nicotine battle.
I highly recommend Golden Feet and especially Eric for any issues you may have. -

4 stars because it's so cheap. the $350/10 sessions of massage or reflexology is hard to beat. I'm a regular there.
They don't offer RMT, so the quality of the masseuses is pretty inconsistent. My husband's favorite is Peter - he's really strong and hits the right spots, great for those who like painful massages. I usually go with Caroline, who has a softer touch. There is one masseuse there that both my husband and I really don't like. But most of the others are pretty OK.
The decor is really minimal and the beds are generally comfy, except the pillow which feels home-made with flax seed or something. -

Tiger, Glen and Tony all amazing for reflexology. A session and a half will totally de-stress and make you sleep like a baby.

My girlfriend and I love massages and read reviews for this prior. We were looking for a cheap budget foot massage place and we found this one from yelp. On first impression we thought this place was super shady...we accidentally walked in through the back entrance that looked like super sketch! However, it was our mistake, there was a really nice front entrace. It was really professional looking and the front desk receptionist was very efficient with getting to all the customers. IT definitely was popular on a sunday afternoon
Of all the places we have been to it seemed very legitimately run. If you are looking for a foot massage this is definitely a decent place to get one.
If i go there again I'm definitely going to ask them to work more on the calves when doing the foot massage! -

I spent two nights walking in 5 inch platform Christian Louboutins....nuff said. I went on yelp to find a massage therapist and came across this place. The pricing was great and it was located close to my hotel...
The reflexologists were very friendly...She hit one spot on my foot which made me jump in pain...I looked at the handy chart next to me and saw that the spot correlated to my liver...makes sense since I was hungover from Pride.
I do not recommend getting a massage if you're planning on going out that evening. You're feet will swell while the toxins leave your body.
I wish I had time fora full body massage... I guess there's next time. -

Had a 55 Minutes Body Massage today. Did not specify nor did they ask the type (Lymphatic or Acupressure). I frequent both Western and Asian Spas/ Reflexology, so I was prepared of what to expect. I had an achy lower back from sitting and tension in the right "mid" back, my therapist found the knots and worked on the achy areas without being told : ).
She was actually really strong and considerate of her work, as i find some pound you to death and others just glide along. Huge thumbs up for using "yin" energy to loosen the knots. I would come back as it is very convenient, and not fussy.
You certainly won't get this type speciality at Willow Stream Spa, you are there because you get use the lounge. You choose G.F.F because you feel achy, and loosen your muscles.
One point off.... for decor and thin walls. -

* "Massive" price increase since my last review *
Half hour is now $23 (up a whopping $3!), and full hour is now $35 (up a whopping $2!!!!!).
Still a great deal for a very solid foot massage that feels like those you would find in Asia. (Although for a higher price of course!)Listed in: Engrish, Massage and reflexology

I don't even know where to start.... so I'll just say it.
I FREAKIN' LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!
I go for foot massages here a few times a month. If I had it my way, I'd go every other day. (Unfortunately for me, the bank says no.) Their foot massages are absolutely heavenly. If your feet are tired, or you're in need of some relaxation, you need to get here FAST.
You can get a full hour foot massage for $37 (price increase due to HST). Affordable compared to some of the other places I've scoped out. And the thing is, the massage is REALLY good. The couches are comfy. There's TV for you to watch. And most of all, the reflexologists are very polite. Plus they're open late. I always find myself spontaneously dropping in when I have nothing better planned for the evening.
If you're concerned that this place may be a bit shady, you really have nothing to worry about. They even have a sign posted on the back door that reads, "we do not provide sexual services." Just saying.
The only downside is, most of the services are not covered by extended health benefits. (I believe the acupuncture is though.) -

This was recommended to me by a coworker who raved over it after she injured her back and said that the only thing that helped was reflexology. This place in particular is incredible for what they offer at such low prices. It's a no-frills place, so if you're expecting Spa Utopia or even Eccotique, you'll be disappointed. On the other hand, if you were going to Spa Utopia, you'd be paying 3 - 4 times the price for the the same service. I can live without trendy and fancy furniture as long as I'm still getting the same great services. Before, I would only go get a massage once or twice a year tops. But now, I'm going to go once a month because it's actually affordable! Will go back to try the body massage next time. Can't wait!

LOVE IT!!! JUST GO ...you will too. The space it's self is nothing to write home about, but the type of treatments they offer are great and the price is even better.

Clean, cheap, professional, and there's always an opening available even if you just randomly show up with a friend! Skilled therapists (although non-RMTs, but who cares for the price and quality!) Both body and foot massages are excellent!! Make sure to bring cash!!

I LOVE this place too. Peter's my favourite masseuse here. His massages are so tough I feel like a bit of a masochist, but MAN I feel good for 3 days after one of his foot massages. I took my husband here and let him have Peter and he came away saying, "Oh, that's what a massage is supposed to feel like. I don't think I've ever had one before." I bought their package of 11 hours for $350 and have had a ton of fun this summer treating all of my family to massages as they've come to stay. My sister from Calgary said she couldn't get a comparable massage in Calgary and the closest thing she could get would cost her at least $120. Love it when we can show up AB! (Ooops, posting this from my hubby's account; it's Christine A. who's so enthusiastic!)

I love the massages here. I go once a week for their reflexology and I've just tried a full body massage to help with a shoulder injury that was causing massive headaches. Lovely and feeling better already. They know what they are doing and it's within my price range. Like Peter best as a masseuse but he's very strong. Yoshi did my dad and had a bit gentler of a touch.
